“Excellent company, very professional. 5 stars. Made an order online, DPD delivery messed up and the frozen mice defrosted on a delayed journey. Internet Reptile completely accommodated the issue, resent a new batch of mice at no cost to me. 100% would recommend, I will be using this company again.”

“The parcel was dispatched the same day. The communicated between internet reptiles was fab. The only downside was that the Royal Mail were delayed in delivering the parcel and the exterior packaging had been damaged”
