“Ordered live food. It turned up spilt open and not a single live creature within. Emailed internet reptile twice in a week including a photo as they requested but still no response. If I’d been relying on them my pet would now have starved to death. Very unimpressed, will not use again purely on very poor customer service. Will be going through PayPal for a refund.”
