“I am disappointed with a lot of things. When ordered a whole viv set, it was all packaged together and loosely so the T5 light arrived broken in half. When contacted, no response, it's been 2 weeks now. I ordered mice, they arrived late but luckily still frozen as the package was ok, however, they are not of good quality, they reek. I brought next day delivery on some other items and they have not been even dispatched for over a week now. I wish I could have left a good review because the products are good but I am disappointed with the service.”

“Great service, quick, efficient and easy. The only negative is that it is very hard to tell the size of some of the accessories such as water bowls etc and some didn’t even have sizes. But I would definitely use them again for the basics such as snake bedding and mice.”
