“Second time ordering from Internet Reptile - I own gerbils and they have a great range of natural material hides and tunnels as well as bedding. It is all great quality and arrives fine etc. This time, however, I ordered a coco cave which I assumed had multiple entry holes - this was depicted and other listings had just a single entry hole. I received a single entry hole one and messaged them about this. They replied that this was luck of the draw and the listing does in fact not relate to the number of entry holes at all. I was quite disappointed with that and feel this should be made clear in the listing!”
