“It was all in good condition and there was more that 35 worms in the pot of worms that I bought which made me happy. :). Could have put a bit more newspaper in the middle of everything because the mud from the ivy went everywhere. Great service. Ok packaging. Quick postage.”

“We did have some issues with orders which caused us alot of inconveince, however after further discussion with the customer service team they dealt with the issues and encouraged us this woulld not happened again. I am satisfied that this will be the case as we are a regular customer and want to continue using their service. We look forward to a much more positive service and ordering in the future with you.”
