“All good, happy – just one thing was not that good. Image attached. Got a bit smashed up in transit I guess. Not much left in the package. Managed to scoop most of it out.”

“We did have some issues with orders which caused us alot of inconveince, however after further discussion with the customer service team they dealt with the issues and encouraged us this woulld not happened again. I am satisfied that this will be the case as we are a regular customer and want to continue using their service. We look forward to a much more positive service and ordering in the future with you.”

“I had issues with a couple of the items I ordered and the support team managed to fix all them and benefit me with better products they had lovely customer service and I am happy with how they treated me how ether I am still wait for some items after 2 week”

“Very fast and efficient the only reason it's not 5 stars is due to the poor packaging the box was badly taped and could get my arms in other than that spot on the reptifogger was in perfect condition inside”

“Unfortunately originally despatched smaller product than ordered but when notified arranged immediate delivery of correct item and collection of incorrect one. The packaging for the smaller cheaper item was surprisingly better than the more expensive item. Each individual component of the smaller item was in it's own box within the main box but the larger item did not so I was a little nervous when I saw that the box was damaged and there may have been damage to the loose contents - you may want to address this as another cheap box is probably less costly than replacing any of the contents. However all was well and it was pretty easy to assemble. It has been up and running a couple of days now and looks very smart and much safer for my grandson to see than a standard "inground" pond.”

“Arrived in good condition and promptly. Only issue was a few roaches had escaped their container and were free ranging round the box (which wasn't fully taped at the corners - Hopefully none escaped into the neighbours' flats.)”

“Everything is fine they both very happy.The box where they came in wasn't treated with enough care I think as it was crash on one side so thank God they were O.K. and the only thing is I didn't ask for the pair I remember asking only for a female 5/6 L whoever they are destined to be with me ????????????”

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the pair that was sent. When ordering a female our shop team often include a male if we have a lot of stock, we don't charge for this. We've never had a poor review as a result of this but we will of course review this with the animal team now it has been flagged. “Very good. Would have been fast delivery if i had known that u have to order before 3 o'clock for next day delivery. It does not state that clearly on their website. I ended up having to wait 5 days instead of next day. Otherwise the product in great working condition. Will defintly buy from here again”
