“Everything is fine they both very happy.The box where they came in wasn't treated with enough care I think as it was crash on one side so thank God they were O.K. and the only thing is I didn't ask for the pair I remember asking only for a female 5/6 L whoever they are destined to be with me ????????????”

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the pair that was sent. When ordering a female our shop team often include a male if we have a lot of stock, we don't charge for this. We've never had a poor review as a result of this but we will of course review this with the animal team now it has been flagged. “Very good. Would have been fast delivery if i had known that u have to order before 3 o'clock for next day delivery. It does not state that clearly on their website. I ended up having to wait 5 days instead of next day. Otherwise the product in great working condition. Will defintly buy from here again”

“I was dissapointed at first that I did not get the plants I ordered for;but then I was told I could keep the plants if I wanted, for free ! also , they were kind enough to credit my account so that I could get the plants that I so wanted at a later date ! Really appreciate their customer service . Thankyou very much !”

“Very quick dispatch and good customer service as some products were out of stock. Quick and easy to amend. Only slight downside was the packaging which was coming away and smaller products could have fallen out.”

“Thk you for prompt completion & dispatch of my order. Advance notice of delivery slot & drivers name useful, however were not impressed with delivery driver just leaving packages outside house, didn't ring main front door bell! My wife didn't sign for items. Also cardboard box was broken & packing tape was unstuck from top of box, so not sealed.”
