“I ordered a T5 UV kit between Christmas and New Year. They gave a delivery date, and on the day, I was waiting on a time slot. They emailed saying I'd requested to change delivery date for the next week, but I hadn't. I called them, confused, and they explained that they'd done that as there wasn't enough drivers today. Fair play, completely understandable. Then they rectified it by delivering it the next morning, which was a Saturday. I was actually really grateful that they sorted it so quickly and had it to me safe and quickly. Good service.”

“Ordered some locusts. Although there was a slight delay in dispatching them (I ordered them on sat and there were not dispatched until tuesday) they arrived in good condition and only a few of them were dead which is a big difference to buying from our pet store. Will be ordering again”
