“Great app ensure, great prices. However bought the calci worms and not only did the description not say how long they were. But upon buying small in the past I decided on large, and they were pretty much the same size. I may as well stick to small. Also the plastic lid came partly off in transit perhaps need better security eg tape as I had bugs all in the cardboard box.”

“The first time I ordered 200 locusts in bulk and only revived about 40, I did get a free replacement. The second time I orders some locusts, when I was expecting it along with another item they was not there only the other item with the locusts crossed out on the invoice, it would of been nice to have an email or written.comment on the paper that at least just said 'locusts to follow' then I would of known where they were. Apart from them, they are very good.”

“despite being out of stock they sorted out my order tho I had a wait I received good quality stocks tho a locusts a little small for a large. However reply to any concerns swiftly.”

“Great range of products at good prices. Arrived quickly, did have some minor damage to a hide but i didnt think it was worth sending it back, just filed it so it was safe, although im sure it would have been replaced had i have asked. overall i am pleased with the service.”

“Although I ordered the wrong size roaches AND worms they came all alive and packaged well. I ordered Friday knowing they wouldn’t come till midweek and I received a shipping email Monday and they came Tuesday so very good delivery times. The only reason I gave 4* is that the insects came Tuesday but the vitamins etc I ordered came Wednesday with no prior knowledge that they would be separate. I’ll defo order again once what I need is in stock”
