“Quick delivery and easy process. A lot of dead small locusts in the pack but it was cold and so not sure if it was related to that.”

“Item arrived as stated, very quick delivery & very well packaged. Unfortunately one of the panels was slightly damaged, not enough that we couldn't use it though. Fits in nicely with the decor of the room but I would recommend checking the sizes, I ordered this based on the description of it being a large & not checking any of the sizes.”

“All live food arrived safe and well. However, my order was split into two which meant I had to wait an extra day for my live food which wasn't ideal. Happy once arrived though.”

“Parcel arrived promptly and well packed but the bulb in the package was faulty. Upon emailing I was immediately offered the option to return the item for a refund or exchange. I will be using Internet reptile again in the future.”

“Internet reptile service was spot on but delivery was not so good. Royal Mail said it couldn’t deliver because my house was “inaccessible”. Strange considering I live on a main road with parking at the front and no roadworks in sight!! They managed ok the next day after I had words with them.”
