“All live food arrived safe and well. However, my order was split into two which meant I had to wait an extra day for my live food which wasn't ideal. Happy once arrived though.”

“Internet reptile service was spot on but delivery was not so good. Royal Mail said it couldn’t deliver because my house was “inaccessible”. Strange considering I live on a main road with parking at the front and no roadworks in sight!! They managed ok the next day after I had words with them.”

“Great quality rodents. Only issue was the dry ice had melted or completely gone by the time it got to my house and if it had been any longer they may have started to defrost. Other than that happy with everything.”
