“Items arrived promptly and live food was in good condition, as usual. Only slight problem was that while my bearded dragon was in brumation, my account seemed to have been deactivated and I had to register again.”

“Sent in 2 different parcels, not informed about this. Also one of the bags of substrate had a hole in it so I ended up with beardie life all over but I imagine that could have happened in transit.”

“Ordered 2 x 100 XL Locusts, they were ordered on the Saturday and delivered on the Wednesday. Once opened only a handful dead which i was most surprised with. Spyro seems to love them. Only thing i would say is i have placed 2 requests to contact you and had no response from either.”

“Ordered medium locusts & waxworms; they arrived well packed & quickly. Both were in good condition but the locusts were variable in size with many quite small. It didn't seems as though there were 25 in the tubs when I counted them, but my lizards were happy with them.”
