“Delivery is fast and product descriptions are good. Only issue was the book I ordered was a bit damaged and had a weird leaflet in Chinese with cars on it?”

“We order two lights and they were dispatched fast but unfortunately they got broken during transit (No fault of Internet Reptile). A replacement set was sent after I sent an email and they arrived in a suitable time. The only thing was when I sent the email about the broken lights I did not have any correspondence back just an email from Royal Mail saying when the item would be delivered. It would have been nice just to have an email back to confirm.”
