“I have a small reptile collection and with me working full time it’s some time’s hard to get to the local reptile store so I have tried numerous online outlets such as swell reptile and Northampton which are very good stores. But internet reptile tend to be where I come back to to get my products and live food the reward points system is a really good system if people like myself tend to order quite a bit of this website. I have never had any problems with using internet reptile and I hope they continue to grow there stock range and continue to encage in customer communication.”

“The food was half frozen by the time it got to me but my snakes needed feeding so that was good and none of them had an issue with the food unlike some shops I was getting it from so many thanks”

“I've used Internet Reptile for years with no problems. However in my last two orders I did have some meal worm escapees, which managed to get out of the plastic box they come in and in one case escape the packaging/box - my postman wasn't best pleased.”

“Order arrived on time & great service. Only problem is my tortoise doesn’t like most of the items. If they have reviews for items it would be easier to decide! So wasted money!”

“Depending on what day you order is to how fast you get them. I’ve ordered on a Friday and got them Saturday but then ordered on a Saturday and not got them till Wednesday. Also find the calci worms aren’t as fresh as they were before. The soil come dry now and the worms turn to flies in a couple of days”
