“I had an order delivered that only had one part of the parcel but the person that responded was really fair about the situation and sent another one out straight away. This has only just happened so haven’t received that part of the parcel yet but it was lovely that they wanted to rectify the situation right away.”

“Haven't got of this site in a bit as i have a very busy life style at this present moment, so it has been convenient just to run to the shop. But when ever i do they have never let me down always save money, and any problems i may have had has always been sorted correctly, anything i buy on this site always comes as presented this definitely has to be my favourite reptile site to order things. Ps im not the person to leave reviews but for this site i have to as they are brilliant!!!”

“Products are very reasonably price and items arrived on time and undamaged. However one product was not sent with the rest of my order so I saw this as a waste of resources both packing wise and delivery wise.”
