“Good service and great prices”

“Very pleased with my recent orders, live food and equipment. A prompt service and speedy delivery. Live food arrived as healthy as you could hope for, although I would say the packaging of the live food could be improved. Maybe throw some packing peanuts (polystyrene chips) in the box with the tubs of live food for protection, as when mine arrived, although healthy, you could see the box and therefore the live food inside had been bashed around in transit. Packing peanuts will also insulate and help keep live food alive until it reaches its destination during the colder months. The only other thing I would suggest it maybe putting “live food handle with care” or “live invertebrates handle with care” stickers on the box, again to hopefully make Royal Mail or couriers handle with a bit more respect. Thanks”

“Ordered a few items in the past with internet reptile and delivery is always quick- even during the current pandemic the delivery was quick. Only thing stopping from a 5 star reviews was how expensive the frozen delivery was, £9.99, being a student this is quite expensive as the product I ordered was only £4 other than that amazing service and friendly delivery drivers.”

“All orders arrive fairly quickly. However there’s mixed sizes in the box. When I order medium sized live food, at least a quarter are much much smaller and not of use to my beardie.”

“Excellent products. However, delivery service by DPD has been erratic and problematic (although they too can get it right under these trying times). Disappointed about the spray mist bottle being delivered broken - however, that was the carriers fault looking at the packaging, and not InternetReptiles fault. Chris P”

“Website easy to use. I ordered some equipment and live feed, delivery was fast, however only 10 locusts were alive (out of a box of 30) when they arrived. That's my only complaint.”

“Everything came within a good time, the live food came separate which I wasn’t prepared for but no problem a quick email and I was up to speed I brought medium brown crickets which were a bit small for our Dragon so I think we will have large next time Definitely recommend this company”
