“My email was answered promptly and the heat lamp bulbs arrived quickly so very pleased,unfortunately the packaging may have let it down as one bulb out of the four was completely smashed but otherwise very satisfied.”

“Good delivery time, and product as described - although not tested it yet. It's dropped to 4 star because the trigger action bottle was in a sealed plastic bag, but the spray trigger was not locked, so it had leaked out about an egg cup full of product.”

“The Arcadia T5 LED light tubes I bought were a good price & arrived well packed and quickly. However, it would be handy if you stocked the larger sizes (which I struggle to get hold of) as my tank is 6 feet x 2 feet x by 2 feet.”

“I have a small reptile collection and with me working full time it’s some time’s hard to get to the local reptile store so I have tried numerous online outlets such as swell reptile and Northampton which are very good stores. But internet reptile tend to be where I come back to to get my products and live food the reward points system is a really good system if people like myself tend to order quite a bit of this website. I have never had any problems with using internet reptile and I hope they continue to grow there stock range and continue to encage in customer communication.”
