“I've used Internet Reptile for years with no problems. However in my last two orders I did have some meal worm escapees, which managed to get out of the plastic box they come in and in one case escape the packaging/box - my postman wasn't best pleased.”

“Order arrived on time & great service. Only problem is my tortoise doesn’t like most of the items. If they have reviews for items it would be easier to decide! So wasted money!”

“Depending on what day you order is to how fast you get them. I’ve ordered on a Friday and got them Saturday but then ordered on a Saturday and not got them till Wednesday. Also find the calci worms aren’t as fresh as they were before. The soil come dry now and the worms turn to flies in a couple of days”

“Efficient delivery and cheap quality products. Only issue I had was the packaging of one of my bulbs was poor which made me hesitant about returning it in case you thought the damage was done by me. Overall, good service”

“Only ordered a couple of time orders have came and all alive but the delivery charge at the end is the stinger hence the four stars, so still working out we're im best off going at the moment.”

“Great service, first order arrived well within the scheduled time as did my second order. The only reason I didn't give a 5 out of 5 is because there were a couple of pieces missing in the second order but to be fair the man in the shop gave me a pack so that I didn't have to wait. Happy days!!”

“Happy with the products as usual, although did have one broken handle on the vivarium cabinet (which we have since fixed ourselves) and we were sent a wrong bulb, which was sorted with the correct one being sent out for the following day.”
