“I ordered the wrong coloured vivarium (my fault for not checking) I messaged them in a Sunday and Monday morning it was pulled from delivery and I was refunded as the one I wanted wasn't in stock. A week later it came in stock and arrived next day, it was £10 cheaper than anywhere else, and service was great.”

“After a few hiccups to start with due to me being a newbie to upgrading my level of snake breed from corn to Brazilian Rainbow Boa ( I rescued her from someone more clueless than me!)
