“I ordered on 16th July and still haven’t received the thermostat that I paid for. I contacted internet reptile and told them that my old thermostat had broken and I needed a replacement for my snake who’s life depends on it. I haven’t heard from them for weeks and it seems clear they are only interested in money not the well being of animals!!! Keep well clear of this company”
