“Wonderful service arrived when they said they would”

“Absolutely disappointed in their customer service. Ordered £25 of frozen food for the snake. Arrived mostly thawed, and some Were warm!! And not even a sorry! And no refund as it was under £30. One of the hottest days and they didn’t pack any extra frozen packs…. First time using and won’t be using again!”

“I placed my order in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday and expected to wait until Monday for my delivery. To my pleasure, it came the following morning and I was able to set up my vivarium over the weekend. The staff were very helpful.”

“Hi yes I received my order much appreciated I've got a large corn snake have had him about ten years I don't take him out now as he's as big as me I only just learned about ceramic lights I've set it at the temperature and it stays the same which is excellent with this changeable weather thank you once again”
