“I purchased pellets for my tortoise and the fruit and grub food for my crested geckos. Both seem to love the food, and are happy! Customers service was good, pricing was very good. Delivery came sharp. Only issue was the pellets arrived with the lid unscrewed,so lost a few in the transport.”

“We ordered the 70l bag of spagnum moss. Customer support prior to placing the order was great. Unfortunately when we received the order the spagnum wasn't lush green as depicted on the Internet pictures it was quite dull in colour. Thinking that the moss needed light to go green we separated the bag into smaller portions and put in zip lock bags, we needed to transfer the moss anyway as the bag was leaking, then placed in indirect light in our integral garage. We are still waiting to see an improvement.”

“Hi I ordered two pits of fruit flys both came with cotton wool in and not the paper stuff and as soon as the flies laid the maggots they didn't live because they had nowhere to go and it was all wet I won't be buying them again from you.”
