“Courier did not follow instructions so large mice had defrosted & squishy. Did get refund without any contact back despite saying they would sort replacement… basically no food at all for my snake so complete waste of my time ……”

“I was quite upset as my order took 5 to 6 days to arrive , my daughter told me that the Thursday was a postal strike but I still think your orders take far to long yo arrive when half the fee is for postage and packing plus they are live creatures N DEANE .”
