“large order. some items were poorly packaged and damaged some items were incorrect to what i ordered. Took 2 days for someone to get back to me and over a week to get some of the issues corrected though when i reported items damaged no one contacted me about this. i will not use this site again”

“Ordered two uvb lights arrived smashed to bits rang phone number to ask for refund gut was rude on phone has to email pics I sent videos but wanted pics sorry but did they want 200 pics of smashed glass took 6 days for refund”

“Amazing service.... I have a bug subscription for my BD and I literally have no complaints or anything bad to say... delivery is super quick... They even email ahead of a strike etc to remind you of any delays and offer to send the products early... All communication is prompt and professional... absolutely love this place”

“I was really happy with my order or two lights for my turtles. Both bulbs blew after a day of having them and now my turtles are left without a light until I get paid. I got two because I needed a back up if it blew didn’t expect it to be in the first 24hrs!”
