“I ordered a plant decoration but it didn't stick to the vivarium. Apparently it is only made for glass but this wasn't mentioned at all on the website. I had to pay postage if I wanted to return it. Terrible customer service.”

“Recommended!! Live food and lighting ordered, lighting arrived next day, the live food arrived less than 48hours later with minimal casualties. Only minor criticism is the locust are a lot smaller than expected.”

“The prices are good and the delivery was quick, but the caves I ordered arrived smashed. I sent a photo of them still in the box, and was told I could not get a refund or even a replacement sent out unless I make preparations to post the smashed pieces back”
