“My first purchase with this company; a UV light. As we went to fit the light, found the bulb to have been smashed, presumably in transit. We had a urgent need for the light to be fitted, so were frustrated that we could not complete the installation. I made immediate contact with the sales team. Their response was prompt and very efficent. New bulb despatched immediately, received and fitted all within 48hours. Things can always go wrong within a business, given the volumes handled, but I consider that a company's response to a problem, tells you all you need to know about that buisness. Superb service, will not hesitate to use going forward, thank you.”
