“Unfortunately my item was not adequately packaged and arrived broken and empied into the cardboard box. The item was 1 Kg of Pro Rep calcium blocks in a rigid plastic container and the plastic broke into shards and the blocks then loose inside the cardboard box. I am unable to claim a refund despite sending photos as I had disposed of the mess due to a delay in response to my 2 e-mails despite e-mailing immediately on receipt.”

“Good prices but package was sent to wrong address, despite me putting in the correct one not sure how that happened. Package said it was delivered but only half was, took all weekend to chase up the other half of the package that contained the live food just to find 90 per cent of the live insects were already dead. Not sure if that’s a testament to how they were sent or because the package was presumably left outside in the bad weather for days at the wrong address. Never had this kind of problem ordering food before with other sites so it’s a little off putting for me to say the least, such a shame.”

“Ok but very slow delivery and contact with seller was very hit and miss. Order was due Tuesday/Wednesday. Messaged Tuesday to ask as hadn't had any updates. They said it would be delivered tuesday/Wednesday So I booked a home day. No delivery. Eventually arrived Thursday, when I tracked it by the arcade on the box it hadn't even been dispatched until Tuesday afternoon. 🤦‍♀️”

“Not happy j ordered 2 coconut hides 1 reptile hide and 10 frozen pinkies only received the coconut hides and the delivery company took a pic of my door and said I wasn't in 22nd Feb when I was in all day and you say you can't cobbler failed delirues so I lose out on the bulk of my order won't use again”
