“Vivarium arrived completely broken and unusable. Wood panes really cracked or some snapped in two. I saw other reviews of this product saying they had cracks in the wood when it arrived but thought it would be alright. To make it worse when I contacted customer service about a refund, they replied initially but then stopped. They've never gotten back to me after 2 follow up emails. So now I have an unusable vivarium that I've paid about £200 for and no sign of a refund. Don't recommend.”
