“Absolutely terrible.. Sent wrong sized locust I asked for large and got tiny. When discussing with a member of staff they were not helpful in the slightest and have not arranged a replacement so my lizard can be fed with the correct sized locust that I purchased. If this doesn't get resolved I will not order again.”

“I visited the associated shop in Nottingham ( I was in Nottingham visiting family) .. As I was buying uv tubes and basking bulbs I though it’s be safer than posting. sadly they were unable to apply a discount code I had due to the computerised inventory system failing .. I also had to pay full price in cash.”
