“Use a subscription to purchase my locusts. Saves money, arrive weekly and quite reliable. Do not usually have issues but if I do internet reptile always resolve it.”

“Fabulous company to buy from. I ordered a large vivarium that was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately two of the large components were damaged. I contacted Internet reptile about this and replacement parts arrived within a few days. Great service and good prices. I will definitely be buying from these in the future.”

“Very helpful, providing really good information and recommendations. Prices better than anywhere else I could find locally or online. Had to split my order into 3 seperate ones to use the discount codes, but not an issue. Products delivered quickly as arranged, but there was some damage (could have been down to courier rather than Internet reptiles) Overall very happy with my new setup.”

“Perfect from start to finish. I ordered some curly winged flies and despite the poor weather with temps at -8 a couple of days later they arrived. Perfect condition.and 2 days later started hatching. Approximately 85% success rate. Well done guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻”

“Very poor customer service, I have emailed this company numerous times with a damaged product. No response at all from all my emails, I have even replied to sender on emails but still no response. We have a bearded dragon with no vivarium/ home . I'm willing to write an updated review when they sort this problem Regards Mr Barratt”

“The price and quantity of insects per pot is fantastic especially compared to other shops and the delivery is always quick aswell, I have a tarantula whos not a regular feeder so often buy in bulk for when she is ready to eat, they are always in stock and always healthy on arrival, I don't shop anywhere else now , I would recommend to anyone with reptiles or inverts x”
