“Delivery was quick the only downside was the packaging I ordered a 11x11"heat mat and the box it came in could have fitted a king-size quilt inside but I'd happily order again”

“Cheapest price on the internet I could find 👍👍😃 There customer service was very helpful and grate during postal strikes and upgraded it to courier delivery The items arrived when should Not that it was there fault but the packaged was damaged with big hole in the package and a peace of cork bark was broken so I rearrange how I would go about my build this is more of a delivery issue though I have brought from b4 and was gate then just like now consistent service hence why I come back Would I recommend definitely Only thing I will say they need to stock live plants would be perfect then Thank you”
