“I’ve been buying my tortoise substrate from a local garden centre which is very expensive but I couldn’t find the brand I use anywhere else. I stumbled across Internet reptile via a random google search and was so glad I did! The delivery was very quick and efficient via DPD and the products are at a much better price and available to bulk order. I would highly recommend and use again.”

“I ordered crickets a week before Christmas to ensure my reptile had enough food to get through the holiday break. I was anxious that they wouldn't arrive on time due to the postal strikes or due to the cold snap they would arrive dead, however, my order arrived very quickly and my three boxes of crickets were all alive and well, and very healthy (as always).Many thanks to InternetReptile for the excellent service and making Christmas a little less stressful for me!”

“Despite the challenges with getting my order to me safely (Xmas postal strike etc) my mealworms arrived in good order and in a timely fashion. They may have been a little moribund on arrival, but that was because of the severe cold we were experiencing, they soon livened up in a warmer environment, and began chomping away quite happily - as did my birds. Very pleased with the excellent service, thank you IR :-) I do have to say that my postie was doing 2 deliveries some days to clear the backlog of items which were arriving for him, AND he didn't strike.”

“Regular shopper at Internet Reptile. Ordered T5 UV kit. Unfortunately it doesnt work. Cannot receive replacement apparantly until Royal mail collect damaged item. Which didnt help tortoises over the christmas period”
