“I ordered frozen items for my pets on Wednesday 10th November and have, as yet not received my order as delivery was promised 1-2 days or 2-3 if ordered at the weekend as you do not deliver on a Sunday. I have yesterday contact APC the delivery people and have been told that no order has been received from Internet Reptile. I did pay for these items at the time of ordering but I have had to go elsewhere and buy these items as I have heard nothing from Internet Reptile. You gave me an order number and a tracking number but to no avail. This was not recognised .”

“Great service as always... was live and substrate this order... both from separate suppliers but arrived on same day. Live were a little cold and slow but soon perked up once out the packaging... and it IS winter!! Had a generous amount of 'extras' as usual.”
