“Speedy service. Fantastic packaging. I ordered a T5 bulb and was concerned about it getting damaged in transit, but it was so well protected there was no chance of any damage in transit. Will certainly order again.”

“I'm a first-time customer. I ordered a tub of medium-sized crickets, I got very tiny little ones instead! I won't be using this company again! I've already found another supplier! Such a simple order and you messed it up, this is why I've rated you 1 star!”

“Incredible service, the delivery was so fast i felt like i pushed the purchase button and he was at my door the next day! The food was packed out to the brim, soo happy and amazing for the money you pay. Used to go to the shop every week and they would run out, but this has made things so much easier and i will use this for a very long time.”

“I am very impressed with the fast level of service from Internet Reptile. Not only are they competitively priced they despatched orders either the same day or the next day and use DPD rather than the other less reliable courier services out there. I previously used a competitor company but have now boycotted them due to a despatch time of 11 days for instock items. I will use Internet Reptile going forward and would urge anyone else to as well.”
