“Great speedy service, and well packaged for delivery”

“I have been really happy with Internet Reptile, until this occasion. We order lots from them and over Xmas I ordered over £60 worth of goods, but forgot to pop in the discount code. I emailed straight away and got an email saying that due to the quick turnaround they could not change or cancel the order. When I checked the ordered was still being processed (2 days later), so as good will I am sure they could have done something. I have emailed and they seem to have got in a pickle with another issue I had over a delivery (which was not their fault) but ended up my live food going to the PO and I was not able to collect it. So I felt justified in saying in view of having lost £20 of live food they really could have cancelled my order and put on back on with the discount, or indeed given me a credit note, which is no more than the original discount code. I am disappointed that the emails have got hung up on the uncollected now dead food, rather than the discount code.”

“Very good service so far. Livefood has been arriving the next working day after dispatch. The team were also really helpful when my T8 bulb got smashed during delivery. I sent photos and they sorted a replacement quickly. Cannot fault them.”

“Ordered waxworms, 2 packs of young dubia roaches and 2 packs of adult dubia roaches, had over 8 of the total 12 adult roaches dead in the box and a further 5 of the young roaches dead/dying too. Customer service basically said it was on me since I ordered it 'during the Christmas period' even though I had ordered well after Christmas, and the package was delivered the day after it was sent out. No regard for customer service and I won't be buying anything here again. Would not trust them to care for the live food adequately since they have such disregard for the business as a whole. Honestly very disappointed.”
