“Still the best online company for reptile goods. I made two large orders. The boxes arrived damaged. I'd been sent the wrong colour of one thing and the coco coir was sent in smaller blocks that didn't add up to the amount I'd ordered (though this might well have fallen out of the box in shipping due to the big split in the side on arrival.) The micro crickets I ordered were almost entirely dead (but the two boxes of small/medium crickets were mostly okay). I also ordered a ton of soil (one split in one of the bags of soil), bark, supplements etc and that all arrived in good condition. I messaged via live chat to sort the above and got nothing back despite it saying I'd be emailed. I have now sent an email as well and I'm waiting to hear back from that.”
