“Reliable and quick delivery. As a side note please continue to use Royal Mail, they are the only carrier that takes care and have no theft. Other carriers especially Hermes (now known as Evri) they have huge staff theft problems.”

“completely useless, i ordered a bulb for my arcadia system, i had the order dispatched email then 2-3 days later a partial refund. no answers or email off them explaining. they didnt even refund me the postage.. i just cut my losses and will never shop there again. they could have just sent another but they would rather have bad relations from the start. i certainly wont risk buying with them again if im going to lose money”
