I couldn't use the company in the end.....but the customer services girl I spoke to, Eden, was so helpful, much more then the company I was trying to return a parcel to! She created a refund for me in less time than it is me to type this!!

Booked in with Interparcel for Hermes to collect. Hermes didn't collect on the booked day and just requested a re-booking. Its then up to you to rebook a collection, and wait another day, and reprint the label. Strictly speaking, they could carry on for ever like that and not bother collecting your parcel at all, after you paid for the delivery! Poor customer service system, if they fail to collect (and that is bad enough in itself) they should automatically collect the next day I won't use them again, plenty others provide the same service

Interparcel tracking is hopeless! I tried several times to use your tracking to determine delivery day. But it only informed me was that the parcel had been collected from the sender. Again tried to track (on the day it was delivered) and the tracking had still not been updated so I went out and missed the delivery!!!!! Grrrrrr! Arranged redelivery which arrived as normal. DHL tracking is faultless, look and learn or continue to be a dinosaur and go the same way.

Libby White is a fantastic customer service person. Extremely efficient, helpful and professional. Just wish I could say the same about your UPS driver!!!!

This is a organisation that’s lacks any service to paying customer, I paid for a 2 day delivery paid in good faith, took them 2 days to collect and 7 days to deliver, submitted 2complaints neither ever answered. They don’t care once you have paid avoid them.

Booked with them as they offered the best price for the delivery, a parcel got lost but customer services Libby tracked it down and it was delivered the following day great customer service!

Had issues with other companies due to size/weight of parcel. I thought I was going to have same issues here as parcel wasn't collected on the first two attempts however they did notify me and reschedule. it proved 3rd time lucky and parcel was collected and delivered quickly and safely. Will be my "go to" courier service from now on.

I sent 12 items in 10 days and all lost lost all my money £200 and no explanation what went wrong i think they were STOLEN

Making the booking was very easy - collection great could see on map where driver was - but once collected no more info just hope it will be delivered today - even an estimated time of delivery would help

Really happy. Saves me so much money using Interparcel compared to other parcel companies. Quicker then most too. They are always my go to for international deliveries

All the customer service assistant are very helpful. I was assisted by three CSA. One of them were named Libby. There was no trouble at all to book my parcel. The website does not allow you to choose your home address for collection. You can choose the address from drop down list and later ask the customer service to amend it. They will be more than happy to help.

Paid for a timed next day delivery, in fact the area was classed as a 2 day service. Interparcel will not refund the express portion of the shipping we paid. Awful customer service sadly.

Good Morning I am sorry that this arrived later than expected. Unfortunately the post code you sent to is classed as a 2 day area. We also do advise in our terms of use that certain areas in Scotland can take longer. Due to this we are unable to issue a refund on this occasion.
