“NOT ONLY HAS MY PARCEL NOT BEEN COLLECTED AND SENT IN TIME BUT I HAD TO CHASE MY REFUND OTHEREISE I WOULD HAVE NEVER HAVE GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS”
