“Booked with them as they offered the best price for the delivery, a parcel got lost but customer services Libby tracked it down and it was delivered the following day great customer service!”

“Had issues with other companies due to size/weight of parcel. I thought I was going to have same issues here as parcel wasn't collected on the first two attempts however they did notify me and reschedule. it proved 3rd time lucky and parcel was collected and delivered quickly and safely. Will be my "go to" courier service from now on.”

“Making the booking was very easy - collection great could see on map where driver was - but once collected no more info just hope it will be delivered today - even an estimated time of delivery would help”

“All the customer service assistant are very helpful. I was assisted by three CSA. One of them were named Libby. There was no trouble at all to book my parcel. The website does not allow you to choose your home address for collection. You can choose the address from drop down list and later ask the customer service to amend it. They will be more than happy to help.”

“Paid for a timed next day delivery, in fact the area was classed as a 2 day service. Interparcel will not refund the express portion of the shipping we paid. Awful customer service sadly.”

Good Morning I am sorry that this arrived later than expected. Unfortunately the post code you sent to is classed as a 2 day area. We also do advise in our terms of use that certain areas in Scotland can take longer. Due to this we are unable to issue a refund on this occasion.

“After looking for a cheap parcel delivery service I fell upon a company called interparcel. For 50 pence more they even came and collected my item from my home address. the item was delivered to the person before the stated time which is always great in my mind .”

“Easy to use site. Good prices. Downside is the additional cost of compensation over £25 for Parcelforce 24 when it's £100 elsewhere. And I'd prefer my own return address on the label, not that of Interparcel.”

“I recently sent 2 flight-cases with this company and god I was wrong to do so. A flight-case is a box made to keep things safe while traveling so it's square (easy to stack), it has handles (easy to move) and mine wore also empty (easy to handle)!!!! After I received them I got an e-mail (and we're up to five now with threats from them to take me to court and come & collect their money) that I have to pay double the amount I paid for shipping because the parcels wore not in a cardboard box!? What? Seriously? Why? Why would you put a flight-case made specially for easy handling & traveling in a cardboard box? It's beyond me, but hey, it's their policy! I would give this company 0 stars and advice anyone to read carefully their policy ( I know, you don't always have the time right? If so don't use them!!!) before sending anything with them! Shameful tactics! 0 stars from me!”

Good Morning Paul I am sorry for the issues that you have had with this order. If an item is not sufficiently packaged it can result in extra charges as it may not be able to go on the conveyor belts and will require extra handling. I am very sorry about this but this charge will need to be paid.
