“Shocking. By all means use the interparcel website to gauge pricing but just book direct with the courier. They're just a 3rd party adding a commission on top. I booked a same day collection which never showed up. I was assured it had been rebooked for the following day and they had raised a complaint with the courier but here we are on day two with no collection. If you're sending anything time sensitive, swerve these. This is the third and final time I've been let down by Interparcel so I hope this review helps other out.”

“SHAMBOLIC!! I sold an audio mixer on ebay and this company was chosen as the courier. A dirty unmarked van arrived and the parcel was snatched from my hands by the passenger. I felt unsure as to wether this was a courier or an opportunist theif, so as a precaution I noted the reg. of the van. After a few days when the parcel had failed to reach it's destination I raised my concerns with interparcel. A short time later I was paid a visit by their couriers, whom had been told of my contact and were taking it personally. a week or so later I was asked for a description of the parcel, which I provided. I was then told that they would have 'a look around' for it, which may take 5 days. After 5 days they finally admitted to losing the parcel. A good company to use only if you want to be threatened by a white van man and have your valuables lost. Oterwise AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!”

“Parcel drop-off was great using a standard UK Post Office. The delivery was then fairly quick but due to miscommunication due to Royal Mail not stating that a collection point in Copenhagen, Denmark could not be used for packages over a certain weight I very nearly ended up with GLS returning my parcels to sender. They sent a letter stating that I should contact them but this did not arrive for over a week after they originally attempted to deliver the parcels to the collection point. No attempt to contact me using email or phone was attempted as these details had not been passed to GLS by either Interparcel or Parcel Force.”

“Terrible service. Paid for next working day delivery and dropped the parcel off at the local drop off point early in the morning. To my surprise I am now being told the parcel is next day next working day after the driver has collected the parcel. At point of order which was a early Thursday morning, The website showed Friday Delivery! Companies like these are untrustworthy and not transparent and give decent couriers companies a DPD a bad name.”

“Always use Interparcel to send regular parcels around the uk. Tried other companies but these are straightforward to use and lots of choice of courier. Never had a problem with my deliveries....althogh a recent one showed delivered within 12hrs which I knew wasn't the case but Shannon in customer Services looked into this very swiftly and confirmed via email the definite delivery date as an error had been made on a system at the warehouse hub. All tuned out ok ...shannon is an asset to the company for her customer service.”

“Bad company charlie the online rep is unhelpful and a liar, said she had arranged for my parcel to be delivered today been waiting in no sign of my delivery so decided to phone parcelforce direct, they said they have received no contact from interparcel about my parcel completely unprofessional don't use these amauters”
