“Always use Interparcel to send regular parcels around the uk. Tried other companies but these are straightforward to use and lots of choice of courier. Never had a problem with my deliveries....althogh a recent one showed delivered within 12hrs which I knew wasn't the case but Shannon in customer Services looked into this very swiftly and confirmed via email the definite delivery date as an error had been made on a system at the warehouse hub. All tuned out ok ...shannon is an asset to the company for her customer service.”

“Bad company charlie the online rep is unhelpful and a liar, said she had arranged for my parcel to be delivered today been waiting in no sign of my delivery so decided to phone parcelforce direct, they said they have received no contact from interparcel about my parcel completely unprofessional don't use these amauters”

“waited for three days for a collection which never turned up. rebooked after day two knowing full well that the 'problem' they were having still existed and so I wasted three days waiting in for something I paid for that never came. Staff are rude, incompetent and liars as well. Avoid”
