I dropped the parcel off at a chosen locker in Cornwall ( out of normal hours) and to my delight and amazement it arrived in Norfolk within a day and a half.

I sent an item via Interparcel, that had supposedly had three delivery attempts made, however no calling cards were left so the recipient had no idea that the courier had been on any occasion. The package was sent back to me - the recipient now no longer wants the goods and I am around £7 down on a service that I had paid for, but has literally not been delivered. Customer Service were as good as useless and completely unhelpful. I've been told that this is an online service, with "online tracking only" and calling cards are not left. Implying that I, or the recipient, should be logging on constantly to check the parcel's whereabouts and progress. No email updates were received even. I will be pursuing a credit card chargeback in order to recover my money, and will avoid Interparcel in the future. I used to use them frequently, however their service is terrible nowadays and you're usually better off going CollectPlus or MyHerpes directly.

It is good but we cant use it with Hermes as we are unable to resize the address labels which are too large to fit the page.

I sent a GIFT to South Africa, only for the recipient to receive an email stating she needs to supply a customers invoice (which I printed and handed to driver) then was told she needed to pay R1700 in customers or the parcel will go into storage at R1500 a day! Firstly I know Interparcel is not responsible for customs but it would help when you are filling in the forms and insurance to be told how much the customs will be and then the sender has the choice to either pay or decide if it’s worth sending! ITS A GIFT AM MORTIFIED THAT RECIPIENT HAS NOW HAD TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY TO RECEIVE A GIFT!!!!!!

The worst I used them to have something shipped over seas. Then they are holding the package until I pay these outrageous fees. They never answer, and the customer agent is beyond rude. Here are parts of the letter: YOU NEED TO PAY THE PRICES REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR PACKAGE WILL SEND YOUR APPOINTED ADDRESS TO SOME CLOCKS TO CLEAN YOUR PACKAGE AND MAKE YOUR DOOR, REQUIRED DECLARATION FROM THE DATA AIRPORT DOWN DESCRIBED BELOW: (ADMINISTRATIVE PRICES ... 1000$ OPEN THE AIRPORT ... 1200$ NO INSPECTION RATE: .........350$ TOTAL ... 2550 dollars Two thousand five hundred and fifty dollars Once you make the payment, your package will be delivered as soon as possible. ______________________________________________ Keep in mind that you have a maximum of forty-eight hours to provide this amount to avoid confiscating your package. In response to this data, the mail account will be provided for payment, as indicated above, to start and deliver your package. Take your time and wait for a quick reply. Keep this office registered. Hi, Please can you send the order details over to trustpilot@interparcel.com and we will ensure this is looked into further for you. These charges seem very high and unusual so I do not believe this has been sent from us and it could be a scam, we would be happy to investigate this further.

Great for UK stuff but don't even consider for overseas - Utterly Terrible !! Firstly, you book services on 5-7 day deliveries as per the internet, these normally take 14 to 21 days minimum. Paperwork gets lost, the website for tracking is updated. Then you end up having to sort it yourself as they don't really want to know. This has happened at least 6 times now and each time they just walk away. The UK deliveries are fine but please don't entertain sending anything abroad !!

hi every one plz Be careful from these scammers they will take parcel and end of the day they will say sorry we have lost your parcel and you will get only 50 claim. Dont trust on this company its be better go to post office and do by it self with proof and guaranteed. bcoz of this company i lost about 2000 pound parcel plus my education documents.i lost my admission bcoz of this company.be away from this company

I use Interparcel to sell parcels on a regular basis by batches in one time. For every 20 parcels sent they lose 1 and return a standard response of "a sweep has been conducted and the parcel can't be located so it has been declared as lost"! No effort to actually find the cause of the "loss" even though some state the parcel was with the delivery driver but never delivered and then conveniently "lost". This is a catch 22 so you either pay the extra for insurance or you accept you will lose a parcel for every 20 sent essentially meaning you will pay more regardless!

We had a large parcel to send and were able to drop it off at the local post office. Interparcel fees were less than half of Parcel Force!! It sat in the Post Office for a few days in full view but after collection from there delivery was the 48 hrs advertised!
