DISGUSTING SERVICE AND TOTALLY DISINTERESTED IN BEING HELPFUL Didn't bother to collect my parcel - daughters birthday present. No interest in trying to rectify the matter. Utter contempt for their customers, An absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE!!!!!! They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

Hi Peter, I am so sorry that this parcel was not collected and for the inconvenience this has caused to you. I have raised this as a formal complaint with the courier involved to hopefully avoid any issues like this in future. I can confirm the order has now been cancelled and refunded in full for you as requested.

Don't believe the hype, booked a collection and have had to take two days off work to get it picked up, which they still haven't! Nobody wants to take responsibility, denying me a refund. Terrible service, may be cheap, but cheap doesn't mean good. Plus whoever the courier actually is doesn't want to deal with it as it was booked through a 3rd party. Save yourself the bother and use someone else.

Hi Alexander, I am really sorry for the delay with this collection and for the problems this has caused to both you and your customer. Our manager has been looking into this with UPS and they have assured us that the collection will be made today by 7pm at the latest.

New UPS driver refused a parcel wrapped in a plastic bag with tape - requesting that the parcel should be wrapped in cardboard, (never had an issue with previous drivers when the same item was wrapped in Plastic) - spoke with UPS who told me to put the parcel in a box and it did not matter what size the box was, Interparcel tried to charge me extra - thus i now use my hermes

Hi Henry, we do clearly advise when the booking is made that any item sent with us would need to be packaged in a cardboard box or completely wrapped in cardboard to ensure it is protected whilst in transit. The drivers do not normally collect any parcels if they have not been packaged correctly. If you do change the packaging in any way, we would need to be contacted directly so that we can amend the details on the order to check if there are any extra charges due to the size change. Unfortunately we have no option but to pass any extra charges applied by the courier to the sender as the parcel was under declared when booked.

This is the third time through Interparcel TNT has not picked up on the day it was supposed to,(Yesterday) so I have to wait AGAIN to be picked up today, last time (couple of months ago) they were supposed to pick up on Thursday but they picked up on Friday so delivery was on a Monday 80 hours to get from Halifax to East Ham could have walked quicker, why do I bother? We have raised this as a formal complaint with TNT to hopefully avoid any issues like this in the future. I can confirm the collection has been rebooked back in for today and the driver will be attempting to collect this soon.

Sham of an outfit! Delivered a parcel (£34 as it was large) no issue until 2 weeks later. I receive an email saying it was marginally larger than declared when booking (10cm) and that want an additional £54!!!! They have now issued court proceedings as I have asked for proof of size and weight before I settle, which they apparently can not provide as it was a digital reading! What a scam. DO NOT USE THIS 3RD PARTY SERVICE!

Packet never came to Addressee. According to tracker arrived in warehouse and that was it.. Email was never answered, no possibility to call and even writing this is a hassle as it disappears under my keybord

Hi Mieke, I am very sorry that this package has not been delivered to your customer. I have now raised this as a formal complaint with Hermes and have chased the delivery up with them. As soon as I have any updates I will contact you right away. I have checked our email records and I am not able to find any emails that were sent regarding this order, if you ever have any issues in future please email customerservices@interparcel.com and we will ensure this is looked into further for you. You can also call us on 0333 3000 700, our phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. We also have live chat available on our website until 8pm each evening and this is Monday - Friday.

I paid for a next day delivery service with UPS through Interparcel, I even paid the extra £5 to cover the parcel for the full value of its contents. The parcel arrived seven days late. When I first contacted Interparcel I was told someone would stay on top of this and get back to me the same day which didn't happen. I had to call again the next day. I was told I need to provide a full description of the contents and UPS will start an investigation which will take 8 days. I was told after a few days there were 'warehouse capacity issues' with the delivery address which I did not believe at all. The parcel seems to have finally been delivered seven days after the day it should have been delivered (I have not verified this at the time of writing this review). When I asked for a refund due to the fact I did not receive a next day delivery said which I clearly paid for, I was told the service is not covered by a money back guarantee. Absolute rubbish. They have lost a customer.

Hi Qumran Khaliq, thank you for your review. I am very sorry for the delay with your shipment. The carrier was advised the delivery address was having major delays due to warehouse capacity issues. Unfortunately the service selected at the time of booking doesn't come with a money back guarantee if the shipment arrives late. Once again I do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Placed an order for collection from my work place on the 4/11/2016. Parcel not collected, phoned arrnanged next day, not collected etc etc. Its now 9th and still not collected. I've now lost a seller (I've refunded the buyer the full amount and as a good will gesture letting him keep the goods if they ever go). So i'm £50 down plus shipping. I'm going to see if he gets the goods before Christmas. Never used such a poor company, guratntee collection, will be today false false promises. Never using again, I will book direct. Been filling these reviews in and all of a sudden they don't think they can find the buidling. COME ON, we have 30-40 deliveries/collections everyday. Want my advice go to ups, tnt direct use parcelforce regardeless of cost its saves in stress, phone calls, email, live chats. This company just not worth it. GO else wheer or exspect the same treament. POOR POOR POOR

Paid over £60 for a same day collection - UPS Express via Interlink to Cambridge. Interlink advertise if you order before 4pm its same day collection. therefore as my parcel is so urgent I ordered the express service at 2pm Thursday and yet at 8pm still no collection! No phone call - no apology nothing! When I call the help line im told that collection on same day is not guaranteed!! Despite what the frickin website says - apparently Its only guaranteed next day delivery after collection! My parcel needs to get to Cambridge by Friday which is why I paid for an express service on Thursday within the timescales given! But now they are not even collecting until Friday (if they turn up) but don't guarantee delivery until Saturday! What a RIP OFF!! FALSE ADVERTISING _ SHODDY SERVICE- £60 for nothing!

Hi Mrs Lent. I am so sorry that this was not collected. We have of course noted this and have raised a complaint against the carrier. I can see that you have since spoken to the manager who has cancelled and refunded this order for you as per request. Unfortunately no carrier has a 100% success rate with collections and collections do fail on a daily basis. Once again I am very sorry and hope that you will consider using Interparcel again in the future.

Sent a parcel to be returned that was well protected in its original packaging and it was broken on transit and a refund claim denied.

Hi Kate, I am sorry to hear that your item has been damaged in transit, this has been raised with the courier in question. When booking with Interparcel, we advise that all items must be boxed in order to be sufficiently packaged for transit. It has been noted that your item was not packaged in a box and so the item is sent at your own risk, I am sorry

Parcel was not collected (13555751) and no communication received for any delay. Contacted them and they were prepared to give a refund but decided to give them another chance and arranged a further collection time. Item was still not collected! Asked for a refund. They did not seem bothered by their poor service almost as if it is routine for such things to happen. Will not be using again.

Hi Adam, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am very sorry for the problems that you have had with this collectiion, a complaint has been raised with Hermes regarding the delay. I can see that the service was then changed to UPS for collection today and that the item is now in transit.

I sent 2 identical items to customers from eBay. 2 different days so used different couriers supplied through interparcel. 1 of the parcels delivered via UPS was heavily damaged. The recipient raised a claim to UPS on the 2nd September as they was the ones that delivered his parcel and the labels state UPS. I was then contacted to supply a sales invoice on the 20th by interparcel. I supplied this the same day. I received email updates stating inspection taking place and once complete item will be sent back to me. I received a further email on the 24th stating it was going to be sent back as inspection complete and contact interparcel upon receipt of item to discuss the return. Received damaged item back on the 27th contacted Interparcel who advised that a claim hasn't even been started. I must provide photo evidence. So exactly what inspection has taken place???? What was the outcome as they must have reached one to send the item back.??????? apparently they need me to send additional photos. Then wait for a further decision and wait 4 weeks if successful for a cheque to be raised then wait a further week for the cheque to be raised. I spoke to 3 colleagues at interparcel 1 of which was apparently a manager which I don't actually beleive as her customer skills and level of service was appalling. I was basically told that the claim hadn't been started and that there was nothing they could do. I would have to wait 60+ days from start of this claim to receive anything back. Not once did the apparent manager apologie or agree that the service I had received was unacceptable. Not even that they will investigate to try ensure it doesn't happen in the future. So currently I have my PayPal account locked stopping me from selling any further items.

I can see that a damage inspection was conducted when the item arrived at our offices. It looks as though further pictures of the internal damage were required, however the claim has now been started. Once again, I am sorry for the problems that this has caused you.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service that you have received. I have only been able to locate one booking that you have placed with us for collection today. You have entered in the description of this order 'Please text 1 hour before collection' This information will not been seen by the driver and we do not offer a text on collection service. Due to this, the collection has been unsuccessful. I have rebooked the collection for tomorrow as the next available date.

Ordered a parcel for 24 hour delivery using parcelforce. Parcel was not collected, no tracking was available through interparcel and no help was forthcoming from them. I had to re-vist the drop off point to find out what had happened to my parcel and found it had been given to a royal mail driver 2 days after it should have been collected. No tracking was available through interparcel and no help was forthcoming from them. Parcel was eventually delivered 4 days late (+ a weekend) . Interparcel have refused a refund even though parcel force offer one, guess they will be keeping that for themselves.

I only gave one star here because you have to , I would not recommend anyone use interparcel, every item you could possibly send is listed as restricted so if damaged and it will be by these incompetent fools you have no refund rights

I'm afraid we are unable to proceed with a claim on this occasion as we do clearly advise that items such as tiles (ceramics) are classed as restricted items and are sent entirely at your own risk.

I would advise everyone NOT TO USE Interparcel/myhermes. Things can go wrong, we all know that, but it's how a supplier reacts to this that is important. Interparcel will blame everyone but themselves. They fail to understand that a well handled complaint will keep a customer but as very badly handled ones will certainly loose customers. They seem to be only interested in whether any claim can or cannot be made against them. They have no answers to anything else. My parcel was lost and I still cannot find out who handled it. Everyone denies any responsibility.

Hi Norma, I am so sorry that this package has been declared as missing in transit and for the inconvenience this has caused to you and your customer. This was collected by Hermes, as there were no recent scans an investigation was raised and unfortunately the courier was not able to locate this shipment. Please note, the service selected at the time of booking does not include any transit cover and this is clearly advised when completing the order. Therefore, we are unable to proceed with a claim on this occasion.

Sent two separate parcels to two separate destinations in China. Sent 16th August 2016................both parcels still not delivered nearly one month later. Several phone calls, emails, to customer services, same old customer service from companies who do not care about their long serving customer's. Excuse after excuse after excuse, either deliver the parcels or refund the monies you have taken for the service not provided. I run my own business, I would never treat my customer's in this appalling manner, then refuse to refund monies paid, quite disgusting. If the parcels are lost, grow up and own up and refund the monies paid for a service you have not contractually honoured. Have requested your claim form, as I do feel 4 weeks to deliver a parcel is outside the scope of reasonable, unless of course one of the Snails took a holiday, this has also been ignored. It is not often I have the need to write a bad review about another company, but on this occasion, it is duly justified Michael

Hi Michael, I am so sorry for the delay with these deliveries and for any inconvenience this has caused to you and your customers. I have called DPD this morning and they have confirmed that this has been escalated at both depots in China to ensure the packages are delivered by the end of the week. We are unable to pass this over to our claims team as the parcels are not currently lost or missing and the courier has confirmed that they will be delivered shortly. They are going to monitor these orders to ensure your customers received these orders as soon as possible.
