In January I had an urgent delivery from Bristol to Croydon. I booked it in for collection from my home by Interparcel. I stayed home all day and lost a day's work. At 18:00 (the latest collection time) no courrier had called so I tried to contact Interparcel; they had closed at 17:00 and had not tried to contact me. The next morning I called them (on their premium rate line, the only means of contacting them) they confirmed that no courrier had called and refunded my money, although not the cost of my calls. I requested feedback as to why the collection had not happened and was promised they would investigate. A week later, having heard nothing, I e-mailed again requesting feedback and was told "Unfortunately we have no updates on why this failed yet we will be in contact once updated"; it is now mid May and I have still had no feedback. This company cost me two days work (a second to deliver the package myself), failed to fulfill any of their promises, failed to give me a reason for their failure and failed to apologise or offer any redress. In addition the only telephone contact is via a premium rate line, which seems simply cynical profiteering.

I booked with Interparcel online for Hermes to collect a single parcel from Ludlow. I booked on Wednesday 7th May and was promised collection between 0800 and 2100 on the Friday. No one came to collect in all that huge time slot. Sod's Law - Interparcel are closed at weekends, so I contacted them on Monday morning. "Oh sorry about that, we'll rebook for Tuesday 13th and let you know why it wasn't collected. Of course there was no feedback from Interparcel and Hermes did not collect on Tuesday either. Interparcel couldn't tell me why not - they are not told by Hermes. Apparently it's up to the customer to inform them the collection wasn't made - an appalling level of so-called customer service! So here I am a week on with my parcel still sitting here. I posted it today (hopefully) with Parcel Force's 24 hour service. I've an eBay customer getting decidedly concerned. What's it going to do to my eBay feedback rating? "Yes sir we'll reimburse you your money but no, we won't compensate you for the extra cost incurred by you because you were foolish enough to use us and Hermes". Neither company takes any responsibility. If they get back with a reason for non-collection it will just be "You were not in" which would be a bare-faced lie.

sent a ?400 PC off with these yesterday, i checked the tracking today and it said "awaiting collection" i contacted them and they said sorry we don't know where your parcel has gone????? i asked them if they could call the courier company to ask them where it has gone while i am on live chat, they said sorry we cant do that has it could take a while, so i said OK i will call them myself, within 10mins i found out that my buyer has the item & that interparcel tracking info is wrong, so not only do they like scaring the hell out of there customers, there also not very quick at helping either. never using them again, awful customer service.

I created a shipment with Interparcel on the 27th March 2014. The shipment was booked with FedEx and all details were provided. The parcel was to be delivered in Jaipur, India. It is now the 19th May 2014 and the parcel is apparently stuck in India customs. I have requested the parcel back, paid ?50.73. They took my money but still haven't done anything to resolve this. I have been passed around from one advisor to another to another to a supervisor to another.... you get my gist. Everytime I call they keep on fobbing me of saying they are waiting for FedEx to reply. I find that very hard to believe as FedEx are usually very good at replying to requests. We have a domestic account with them and have dealt with them for international delivery several times with no issues. Interparcel have not done anything to try and resolve this for me making me very frustrated and helpless. The parcel contain very important and expensive items but they don't seem to care about that. The advisors don't seem to have a clue, no customer service skills and no motivation to help customers who are experiencing issues. INTERPARCEL I WANT MY PACKAGE TO BE RETURNED TO ME ASAP!

After packing, weighing and measuring my parcel I booked a collection with Interparcel on the 7th May 2014 for collection on the 8th and delivery on the 9th. It was duly delivered on the 9th May. Then on the 15th May - a week after the collection date I received an email from a Revenue Protection Controller for Interparcel stating that UPS had measured my parcel and found it to be longer than I declared. I consequently was asked to pay an additional ?40.00 (the order itself only cost ?24.59). I responded stating that it was impossible for my parcel to measure this long as the carpet was only a certain length and it was wrapped only in heavy duty polythene. I asked for proof of UPS's measurements and their only response was that UPS had declared it so therefore it must be true!! So much for customer service!!! Interestingly Interparcel have tried this tactic with me before (we are a small carpet manufacturing business) however at this time, upon declaring that it was impossible for the parcel to measure as UPS had stated, Interparcel dropped the additional charges. It appears that they have become a lot more ruthless and dishonest since this occasion to their discredit. If any carrier wishes to dispute dimensions or weights then it should be done at the point of collection in front of the customer - any other method leaves the customer open to unscrupulous dishonesty that is, after the event, indefensible. Shame on you Interparcel.

I have just ended up booking with Interlink as result of failed parcel collections on two occasions from interparcel. I called to let interparcel know and they rebooked stating that its possible there was no one at the address to hand the parcel (that's not true because my address is a business house with two security guards an a receptionist from 6am to 10pm 6 days a week. The second time no collection again this time with no info provided. I emailed interparcel and they did not respond ( it has now been two weeks). I tried live chat it was not connecting on two separate occasions. They seem to want customers to call their 10p/minute from BT landline number. Seems like this is how they make there money.

I sent a parcel via my hermes tracked which includes a signature. The receipent emailed me a week later stating it hadn't arrived. I checked the tracking website which stated it had arrived days before. I requested a POD from Interparcel and still over a week later after much chasing they haven't been able to supply the POD. The receipent finally found the parcel left on a neighbours doorstep. the neighbour had been away for over a week so couldn't have signed for it. Interparcel stated to me that as the parcel has reached its destination they can not refund the delivery costs!! Even though it was delivered to the wrong address, left unattended on a doorstep and no signature received. They are quite happy with that type of service!!!

I paid ?71.76 (thankfully including insurance up to ?1,000.00) to have a parcel delivered next day delivery through TNT. The parcel was collected at midday on 21st May by a TNT courier which was all well and good. The parcel should have arrived with my customer on the 22nd so I checked on the 23rd to see if had arrived and get a POD. The Interparcel tracking service stated the parcel was 'in transit' so I have wasted the best part of a day making telephone calls, emailing collection records to the customer services, etc only to be told by the last person that they have requested some information from TNT but may have to wait up to THREE WORKING DAYS to receive a response! As this is a bank holiday weekend that means that my next day delivery parcel might be located in 7 days, I have no idea when my customer will receive it, if t all! I then sent an email to the complaints department which was not even acknowledged. Poor customer service, lack of basic communication with their partner delivery companies and they have proved they can not be trusted when sending important time critical products. I am very frustrated and will not be using them again.

Booked a parcel with Interparcel guaranteed to be delivered in one working day which I need as it was a very important parcel. UPS collected on time but did not deliver for 2 days, Interparcel tried to change the terms of delivery and claim that UPS keep parcels in their warehouses for a day for no reason. I know this is not true as I worked for UPS for over 4 years. Interparcel refused to honour the money-back guarantee which is basically theft and against the Trade Description Act. Do not use these crooks!

(I use the UPS service).I couldnt believe that I still accept your mistake and use thia service until now. Please do not use it anymore. Thanks a lot!!!! Sorry to update the report but I have the new order in the interparcel, it is 9963336 and now i dont know where it is and why it couldnt be deliveried on time. We paid for a parcel to be delivered the next day, only to find that the parcel never collected. We asked for a refund at this point and were rebuffed and were told that it would take a further 3 days to deliver, which was totally unacceptable given that the parcel was now already a day late. We requested that they make amends by delivering it the next day and they said we must pay an additional ?17 for that. Appalling customer service, and if anyone were to ask "Which parcel service should I use?" I would simply say "Not Interparcel!" This is the second error we've had with them and won't be using the company again.
