Hi Ian, I am so sorry to see what has happened with this order. I can see that we have raised a very serious complaint with the carrier about this and they have advised that they will be conducting a full investigation with this driver. Once again I am very sorry about this and once delivered please contact us and we will refund this order for you.

Broke 3 out of 4 items sent. Hidden clauses in T&C's about transporting glass. Awful/ non existent customer service, couldn't get hold of customer service over the phone. Haven't had such bad service in years. Get into the 21st century!

Hi Nerys, Thanks for your feedback, apologies that your item has arrived damaged in transit. We do ask you to tick to say you have read the prohibited and restricted items list when you place the booking via our website and glass does fall under our restricted items list which means you can send it but its sent at your own risk and is not covered for damage. As our couriers are not fragile services we cannot guarantee that such items will not be damaged in transit. Garbage service. After sending 4 packages which weighed a kilo or less through Interparcel using Hermes I suddenly get four threatening e mails from Interparcel claiming the items weighed 3 to 5 kilos! If I don't pay they will take me to court for the price of a coffee. Severely disputing their claims. Asked for proof and they tried to fob me off with Trading Standards calibrating the weigh machines etc etc but quite frankly I think a massive fraud is being pulled here. I'm not going to pay. Take me to court. I will not be bullied on a scam like this. Will never use Interparcel again and have advised customers and family not to and outlined why.

Hi Karl, so sorry that you have not been happy with the weight disputes on your item, checking the order, I can see the goods were declared as 1kg but were actually weighed at just over 3kg by Hermes which does mean a slight raise in price via our website. A message has been sent to our Revenue and Protection team who are dealing with this asking why the payment is so high and if it can be reduced based on the price via our website, however the charge will need to be paid as the correct weight does need to be declared when placing the booking.

Cannot be more terrible. Booked a collection for Wednesday and it's already Friday late evening. Waited for three whole days for the collection to come, and every time we ask we get the same response: it's still due for collection today till 9pm. When you finally get someone to tell you the approximate collection time, IT'S A LIE. The parcel has turned from a not so urgent one to an urgent one now, yet no one in the company seems to find waiting three days for a collection is an issue. And when do you expect the delivery would arrive by?

Hi Stefanie, Thanks for your feedback, having located the order and checking this, I can see that we have raised a complaint with the courier in regards to this and asked they escalate the matter to ensure collection is made. They have assured us that the goods will be collected today as they have advised the driver how urgent this is now. Very poor service. Failed to pick up parcel. Refused to pick up again following day when delivering to my address. If this is the premium service I would hate to see the basic.

Upon first impressions I was very happy with my choice to send my parcel via InterParcel as they had a clear & concise website & offered multiple worldwide options. I received 3 e-mails stating what I would need to do prior to collection; apply the shipping label, one copy of the customs invoice & print an additional 3 to hand to the UPS delivery driver. At no point was I informed the receiver would need to obtain a notarised power of attorney for delivery of the item. The next day I had online updates but two days later this stopped, after a day or so I contacted InterParcel who were neither use nor ornament saying they had no further updates from UPS. From here on in, I dealt mainly with UPS via Twitter & e-mail. Today 24/09/15, 17 days after originally posting my item I've received an e-mail from InterParcel stating I would be required to pay $250 to have my item returned within the next 4 days or my item will be seized by customs & not returned. I've also been informed that they will not extend the length of time able to pay this fee. I paid the additional extra to have my item insured, I don't see why I should be penalised for your failure as a company to a) adhere to the contractual agreement b) keep customers informed of tracking progress c) provide the correct requirements at the time of purchasing your services. This is absolutely disgraceful & I will be taking it further.

Absolutely a waste of time stick to Royal Mail arranged to pick a parcel up twice didn't even try to pick parcel up.

It has taken 3 weeks and between Interparcel and TNT they cannot even get my parcel collected properly. This is the most shocking service I have ever experienced in my life.

Hi Rowen, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear your parcel has been returned back to the collection point. Unfortunately, customs required further information in order to clear the items, which was not supplied in time. Customs are unable to hold items indefinitely and so the goods were returned back to the collection point after being held for over a week. Collection can be rearranged for you, however we cannot guarantee collection after 6pm as requested as collections take place during business hours. Please respond to my colleagues email at your earliest convenience so that this can be dealt with for you.

I arranged collection for circa £8 of 2 bundled tyres I purchased via ebay. Interparcel collected these then held them at ransom saying they were 2 items and would cost another £24 to deliver or they would dispose of them. I wont be using Interparcel again

Hi Sandy, sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you have received. Having checked your order, I can confirm that the items were booked in at one parcel 50 x 50 x 30 25kg. The goods have arrived at our offices as two parcels each measuring 52 x 52 x 15 25kg meaning that combined the goods would have been under-declared. Due to this, further charges have been added by the courier which would need to be paid. I am sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

Booked online, standard service, collection allegedly following day. No collection on that day or the following day. which leaves an irate ebay customer demanding to know where his parcel is. I have rebooked with a competing service which I will now use as my default delivery option. I must say that the customer service person (Sabina) was first rate and did all she could to assist, customer-facing what is obviously a flawed operation.

Hi Barry, Thank you for your review and I am so sorry this was not collected. I have raised this with UPS to find out why this was not collected and once I have the feedback I will email you. I would also like to assure you that out of the thousands of orders booked daily only a few will encounter any problems.

parcels not collected. told by Becky (T/O) that technical issue and would be rebooked for collection tomorrow. Becky was incredibly helpful and did all of the work rearranging and sending labels. Was told it is not Hermes poliy to refund/goodwill. I would like to challenge this as I entered into a written contract for you to collect the parcels and you have breached that, causing me to lose a day off work plus time and money to contact all clients to apologise for delayed deliveries and reprinting costs. I have no hesitation in suggesting that if you have techical issues that you inform your customers, have a contingency plan where they can access local drop off for example and make provision for goodwill gesture, which i will be pursuing through your complaints channel.

Should have been collected Monday - didn't collect . Re arranged for Tuesday, again didn't collect as promised. On both days I had to phone them to find out that a problem existed! On Tuesday i was promised it would be collected Wednesday, service changed by Interparcel after I phoned them to double check is was still being collected. Told sorry a problem again, we will upgrade to UPS and will ensure collection today! So 3 days later, waiting in each day for a collection that will eventually be delivered 3 days late to my customer - abysmal service and performance, I will never ever consider using or recommending this incompetent organisation.

Waited patiently for collection of my parcel,ordered the previous day only to get an email at 11:38 which is 2 and a half hours after earliest collection,that it could not be collected and i would have to wait in all day the next day. As not everybody has broadband to check emails would it not be better to contact the customer on the mobile already given on the collection details page as they would not be aware until 5pm . When comparing with other providers the cheapest is not always the best idea,check terms and conditions as there is no compensation for a lost day

Unfortunately this was due to a system error, this was investigated by our IT team as soon as we were made aware of the issue and this has now been fixed. Booked 2 separate parcels for collection, paid for at time of booking well before the cut off time ,only to get an email at 11:38 i- no phone call or text to explain, that they can`t be collected after all and i have to wait in all day the following day,again. I have had to offer my apologies to the recipients,who now have to wait another day No explanation no compensation Very poor service on my first ,and now only time of using them. Order number 11946430 I need a clear evidence to prove this attempted failed delivery at 11:40am on 19/08/15. Am hereby making a serious complain that Dx parcels and inter parcel have kept me housebound for one week without delivery of my important document paid so expensive for next day delivery I push for my full refund and compensations for the inconviences I will report this matter to be properly dealt with as I was denied on a job opportunity due to late delivery of this parcel.

Hi Mrs Njoku, We have looked further into your delivery and we been advised by the courier they did attempt the delivery on the 19th, we have emailed you proof of the delivery attempt. The tracking has updated to state the parcel was delivered today.

I have used Interparcel for several years now and the interface and booking process is very simple, the prices seem competitive and on rare occasions where I need to ask something, like I did tonight sending a package to the USA, the customer service has always been excellent [today Sam O/T] was brilliant. Terrible customer services- not helpful at all ; lost a parcel and wouldn't help in any shape or form £86 in stock + £6 delivery + years of life killed by stress caused by this irresponsible company. Stay away and never ever relay on them!!! Over month since posted- no solution offered, they sound like it's your fault for using them in the first instance
