They slap extra charges on after you have paid. They claim it is for handling, however I sent tyres, which are indestructible so I know this is a con. They are threatening court action now, (for a tenna) wont listen. Just avoid them. I thought they were good for a couple of times, but it is how you handle dispute that shows up good and bad companies.

Did not collect when scheduled, slapped un-consented charges on after delivery and will not listen, just threaten court action.

Not impressed. I paid for a door to door delivery from the UK to Gibraltar. The delivery took far longer than expected, which I was prepared to overlook in view of the present world situation, but what I was not happy about at all was the positive raft of extra charges made by a company called Packlink Madrid, which I presumed was some kind of handling agent in Spain. The charges levelled by this outfit quickly exceeded the entire cost of the door to door delivery and they just kept on coming. The parcel was sent in August and I had yet another charge for about £13 in November, which was when I decided I'd had enough. I contacted my credit card company and asked them to reverse all the charges made by Packlink Madrid and to refuse all further charges made by them. Perhaps the final irritation was that whoever the local delivery company was in Gibraltar, they also wanted to make an additional charge to deliver it to the destination address. So 'not impressed' more or less covers it.

Terrible service and customer service not helpful at all. I paid for the parcel to be delivered to the receiver’s address but instead it ended up at the local post office and receiver had to pick it up himself not to mention delivery was 8 days later what I paid for! I would not use them ever again and not be recommending them either. Customer service is making up lies after lies just not to admit they’re in wrong.

Parcel was not delivered, i was told undeliverable, then it was diverted by the customer, but she says not and tha it has been returned. Tracking in Ebay showed that it was delivered, so i never knew there was a problem. Now they say i don't get a refund on the despatch costs or my lost parcel. Very poor service and breach of contract. Shocking that they can treat people like this.

Bad company, as i business we used interparcel only once, for an overseas delivery, as they came back the cheapest, and gave them a go, big mistake. The delivery was collected from us, but the customer wasn't in to receive the parcel, and wasn't contacted, no card left , thus it was returned to us. Interparcel then proceeded to charge us £71 to process…. the return delivery (even though they never approved these costs with me), 3 times the original delivery cost, just to return a £10 poster....... I explained to them, it was far better to destroy the item as the cost of the poster is so low, but apparently its in the TC's and we have to pay any return delivery costs. We reshipped a brand new item to the customer, which arrived no problems, first time with SkyNet, who are excellent. I would highly recommend avoiding Interparcel, as they have grossly exaggerated hidden costs, which they sneak in the TC's, to simply make a killing on your misfortune!.

The service was a complete failure. I paid for a pre 10am delivery and the driver did not attempt to make any delivery yet marked it attempted. The delivery was not attempted and when I asked where it was I was told it was back at the depot and the second attempt would not be made until the next day. I was in and know that no attempt was made, with other deliveries being made during the supposed attempted delivery time. No note was left and no evidence was provided by interparcel that they tried. The team was unable to help via online chat and said the attempt was made, which it was not and would help no further. The driver who eventually delivered told me the other driver had not attempted delivery, that he was not doing his job properly and could not be bothered to find my address. Only due to my alarmed messages and phone calls, had he helped by tracking my delivery down from the driver and bringing it to me. It is not acceptable to simply be told you are a liar via the customer service team when you say an attempt was not made, which was then confirmed by the new driver. The team would not listen that no one had come and provided no help or consideration of the consequences. It caused considerable stress and financial loss as the parcel did not arrive as ordered in time. I paid extra for a pre 10am delivery, which was not attempted and there was no compensation or refund. Will not use again.

Address data is incorrect and customer service is very poor. Have been charged 3 times to deliver 1 parcel because the courier 'couldn't' deliver the parcel. Interparcel are not willing to listen to their customers and will not budge on any additional charges that shouldn't be made.

Invoiced for £40 on a Landmark parcel to Canada. They claim a 1.8 kg parcel actually weighed 11 kg. I have provided all documented evidence including a photo but their response, 'We cannot accept this as evidence.' They have provided NO evidence at all! Let's see where this goes!

You have struggled to get parcels to me. I moved into a new build, and no parcels have been able to get to me. No such address apparently, one parcel never got delivered & sent back to House of Fraser, One parcel completely lost. It appears to us if your drivers don’t recognise a postcode they don’t bother. I would be very nervous if I ever decided to use Hermes again, my name is Mrs JoAnn M Judd

I posted a package for my son's birthday. after 5 days it still hadn't arrived and no tracking available. after about 10 days I was told it was lost. then later yet another message about claiming for lost package. I wrote to CEO of the company and after 2 days tracking appeared on the site and then the package was delivered. wasnit it strange how no one had any news of it and it couldnt be located until the CEO became involved.

Delivered to the wrong address and suggested the receiver goes around the retrieve it from a neighbour they don't get along with. They accept its been delivered to the wrong address but won't do anything as its in their terms that it's acceptable to deliver to the wrong address. Their "claims team advised that they wouldn’t issue a claim for this as the parcel is retrievable." So now eBay have refunded the buyer £24 and I'm out of pocket. Absolutely garbage service. Been a customer for over a decade. They can now go f**k themselves for my future business.

I've been an Interparcel customer for many years and have sent hundreds of parcels all over the world, their customer service used to be second to none and any issues were dealt with without any fuss or arguing. However, over the last 18 months there has been a rapid decline in the service. Firstly I had something get damaged in transit, fortunately I had paid for adequate cover so everything will be fine, or so I thought. In spite of providing all the proof they asked for several times it was like trying to get blood out of a stone, even after they had agreed to my claim I had to email several times to chase my payment. Three months ago I sent a parcel to Germany via ParcelForce Euro priority, it was returned to me saying that nobody was at home to sign for it then to add insult to injury Interparcel sent me a bill for £14 to cover the return postage, refusing to listen to my explanation that it had been sent to a third party parcel reception company whose business it is to receive parcels so they're hardly going to turn one away! I eventually got fed up trying to reason with them and paid the invoice and sent the parcel again, this time to my clients address in Switzerland at a cost of £21, imagine my surpirse when 4 days later I found it in my porch devoid of any trace of address labels or customs invoices etc! A mystery which ParcelForce don't care about in the slightest. Last week, a customer wanted something in a hurry and paid £26.70 to have a very small package delivered to Israel via FedEx Priority, he should have received it last Friday so it seemed strange that the tracking showed it to be in Kiev! Further investigation revealed FedEx, by their own admission, had made a mistake at Customs and sent it to Kiev thus negating the extra price paid by my customer. I asked for compensation which they instantly refused saying "our services aren't guaranteed!", my argument that had it been due to unforeseen circumstances I would be agreeing with them but as it was entirely due to FedEx's incompetence their statement didn't really hold water. But more than any financial losses what really grieves me is the CS representative attitude towards customers. I fear it could bring the downfall of a once outstanding company.

I booked tuffnells through interparcel, and the item is a week late. Neither interparcel or tuffnells could care less, and just repeat the lies on the tracking. They refuse to give a refund for the item or breach of contract, and as of Monday there will be a county court writ for loss/theft against them, as they booked the 'service'. Their customer 'service' is a joke, as is tuffnells who claim ‘road closure’ when they claim to be unable to take it out on delivery. I am surprised they are still in business as nothing they do or say is true.
