I received an invoice for an additional payment because they said my parcel was larger by a considerable amount than I had declared. This was completely false and they could not provide proof. Talking to them was like talking to the wall. I refused to pay.

Item was damaged in transit. Had no response from customer service when I tried to contact them over this. I got lucky however as the Hermes driver managed to leave the item with the seller without them seeing the damage. Ebay then settled with the seller and I got a full refund. Inter parcel offer and charge to insure parcels but don’t have a system in place to claim or complain easily.

Awful experience. Sent a home made gift to France and was charged an additional 12 euros with no explanation by French customs and with no warning of these charges from Interparcel. Paid for 3 day delivery, it took 11 days.

I shipped maybe 30 parcels over the period Dec 2021 to Jan 2022 .. all via interparcel who I was keen to try after having used hermes before , I used the Yodel courier drop off mcColls Buxton . I was shipping vintage hifi .. all went well until Christmas.. then I got multiple complaints of items damaged all in the same fashion , having suffered some type of shock damage having been thrown or dropped hard .. the damage to each item virtually identical over several items . Who ever was collecting my parcels in Buxton obviously tired of the extra work load and systematically damaged until I stopped sending .. I have no complaint against interparcel other than they should react to feedback from customers ..particularly if a pattern is emerging .. I know there is a complaint procedure but I didn't have the time or resources to back track and research ..so I changed courier ..

4 weeks and a half and parcel shipped from the UK to Italy is still in transit. With no further indication. Also the driver did non collect the customs invoice which despite the instructions said to print 3 copies and attach them to the parcel. We'll see how this is going to end..

I started saying that all my goods are damaged all the the two palettes where delivered defrosted. Very disappointed with whatever company who bought it from guarulhos to Heathrow the guys from Heathrow to the storage was fine but guarulhos Heathrow awfully services.

after using interparcel for 8 years, i can honestly say they dont care about there customers. You would think after 8 years if using them to post parcels for my business they would care more about customer service. They would rather save there own money than admit to many mistakes and DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! disgusting, they don't reply to emails and just hide from customers hoping you will go away. A real shame they got too big for there boots and now no longer care for there customers like the did before.

Very disappointed service!! I believe that The driver didn’t send parcel to me, as I’m home all the time but it delivered back to the sender. I contacted the company and the manager refused to refund! Not recommend to use their service! Ridiculous!

I sent a single consignment of four parcels to the same recipient, a large business occupying two large and prominent industrial units. Two items were delivered and the other two were returned to my business. No logical or acceptable reason was given for the failed delivery. Interparcel refuse to offer a refund for the undelivered items. I will never use Interparcel again.

Although transaction with inter parcel was easy my parcel still hasn’t arrived. Delivery was supposed to be 5 working days which is the reason I chose the service and still hasn’t arrived 2 weeks and 3 days after collection.

Worse of the worst. Won't recognise a problem and then when the evidence is overwhelming, they don't prioritise doing anything about it. They don't understand service. Only saving grace is they still have someone answering the phone,

Unfortunately you are a reflection of the service you offer and currently one of my parcels has not been delivered next day by Hermes, therefore whilst I rate Interparcel and your team highly, the current level of service provided by one of your third parties is poor which is a reflection of yourselves as the service provider.
