I shipped maybe 30 parcels over the period Dec 2021 to Jan 2022 .. all via interparcel who I was keen to try after having used hermes before , I used the Yodel courier drop off mcColls Buxton . I was shipping vintage hifi .. all went well until Christmas.. then I got multiple complaints of items damaged all in the same fashion , having suffered some type of shock damage having been thrown or dropped hard .. the damage to each item virtually identical over several items . Who ever was collecting my parcels in Buxton obviously tired of the extra work load and systematically damaged until I stopped sending .. I have no complaint against interparcel other than they should react to feedback from customers ..particularly if a pattern is emerging .. I know there is a complaint procedure but I didn't have the time or resources to back track and research ..so I changed courier ..
