I sometimes have to book a courier, to collect from an external address and deliver to my home address. I have always booked through Interparcel and always use UPS. The last two experiences have been a nightmare. The first: I booked and paid for next day delivery. It took 10 days to arrive (8 days for it to be collected from sender). I received an apology from Interparcel but no explanation, throughout the process, as to what was going on. The second time I booked the normal service. Again from an external address, which should have been collected on the same day and would normally arrive 1 to 2 days after that. It took 7 days to be collected and another day to arrive. I can understand packages being held up in the system but not taking a week + to be collected.

Had to send back a damaged single 3pk bed to Bolton from Aldershot. Cost ?50.00 to send being a big company thought it might be cheaper. might use again if prices get cheaper other than that a good service

Really easy efficient courier booking with all the information clearly shown, the one feature that would improve it would be to be able to book multiple parcels before paying instead of having to do them one at a time.

it's uncomfortable having to print proper labels, moreover I will have problems both at 1) glueing the labels to the parcel 2) find a smooth surface big enough since my parcel is very thin I entered 9:00-19:00 as a window for collection, but it would be nice to have an email sent to tell me approximately when the courier would come, so I can be sure I would not be busy in meetings

I am a firm beleiver in voting with your feet, we don't need paid extras to define if we dislike a service. I would rather interparcel cut their rates than paid you guys. The only problem I have with the company is the lack of facility to amend or cancel orders.

I find the service easy to use as I just go on line, pick up my addresses stored on my account and interparcel then offers me the best rates to ship. My only comment is that the commercial invoice template does not give you an option to enter a commodity code. I physically write this on after; if forgotten can cause problems with customs overseas.

I have been using Interparcel for 5 years and have not had occasion to look elsewhere. Parcels are delivered all over the world and I have had no bad experiences.

I have been using Interparcel for quite a few years and the majority of the time, the system works and there are no problems. The website is easy to use, the choice of courier is generally good and the prices are reasonable. However, occasionally, when something goes wrong with a courier, the customer service isn't as good as I'd like. It's a shame, as I always recommend Interparcel to others but don't always feel valued as a customer if I have to complain.

I frequently use Interparcel to send small parcels to Uganda, and I've never had a problem. Not as cheap as Parcel Monkey, but much more reliable. Easy to use, step-by-step instructions - dunno what else to say really!

All said in the first sentence. How can a single instance create an opinion? Ask me again after a few more, such as do their subcontractors consistently get it right, how do they handle things when it goes wrong, then there may be something to say. In my opinion these ratings are useless as they are based on views culled from anybody prepared to or pestered enough to fill in a form.

I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO USE iNTERPARCEL EVERY TIME. THEY COLLECT WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, ALL ADDRESS PAPERWORK IS DELIVERED ONLINE READY TO STICK ON THE PARCEL , YOU CAN TRACK THE PARCEL TO ITS DESTINATION AND ALL FOR A SENSIBLE PRICE.

I have used Interparcel on a regular basis for the past 3 years. There has never been a problem other than things beyond there control such as addressee not being available. Any other monor problems are sorted out swifty. I would highly recommend their service.

I use Interparcel for posting my husbands stuff he sells on ebay, the majority of the time its great service, what I don't like is the fact the driver thinks he can open your front door because he thinks he can!! Im sorry if my front door is closed and then it remains closed until I answer the door, its just good manners.

We were sending a package to our son. Although we had book collection after 11am, the driver was in our area earlier and rang to ask if it would be convenient to collect before then - if not, he would come back at the scheduled time. In fact the earlier collection worked out very well for us. Tracking was good as was the SMS notification to our son that the item was out for delivery. However, it is a little disappointing that the delivery time slot could not have been more precise - from 8am to 6pm! Given that the driver must have had a schedule when he/she set out in the morning I would have though a two or three hour time slot would have been possible.
