“I needed to send something via a carrier and plumped for Interparcel after some online research. The whole process went smoothly. It was booked and paid for online without a problem and the carrier arrived to collect it later the same day. I was able to track the delivery online and it was delivered within the time window the next day. I would use them again based on my experience so far. I have only rated 4 stars based on using them once, 5 stars would need to be based on repeat performances, but very happy with it so far.”

“Wasn't sure if the item was actually safe in the shop (Mr Mart, Holloway Rd, London), it was sorta a high value item and I just had to leave it on top of a freezer cabinet in the shop! It did arrive tho' and beats Royal Mail on price so overall, first time using the shop drop thingy, quite pleased.”

“The service is normally pretty smooth and collections and deliveries happen seamlessly. Occasionally there can be difficulties with overseas parcels, but issues are usually resolved promptly.”

“This company was fairly easy to book with online. They were cheaper than other similar websites. How much would you expect to pay to send a small packet from one side of London to the other? Interparcel charged me just under ?10. Other estimates I got were between ?27 and ?70! I asked for collection between 9.00am and 1.00pm. Someone from there phoned me at 12.45pm to say they had a rush job on and apologised that they would not reach me by 1pm, which was nice of them. The collection driver arrived about 1.30pm and came up to our flat and quickly collected the packet. All was good.”

“I needed to get my AV amp back to the store for repair, and settled on Interparcel Premium (overnight service), with extra insurance on top. Price was OK, package was collected on time. Only minor problem, which was partly my fault, was that it was collected on Fri, and I assumed it would be delivered on Sat, but overnight=next working day, so Monday, when the store wasn't open. But they redelivered on Tuesday, and all was well, and customer services mopped my fevered brow in the mean time. Could maybe be a bit clearer that overnight might be more than one night?”

“Failed to arrive on for designated pick-up. Frustrated as I'd stayed in all day. Contacted through live chat and the rep was very understanding and re-organized collection. Accomplished early next day. Tracking and reporting progress was very good.”

“Great service,love the fact you can track parcels and check delivery received. Some improvements could be :: Contact from driver/office if the collection time is later than requested. Refund/discount if delivery is held up,(birthday parcel was 2 days later than quote) "Given to man" does not really make me think parcel was delivered securely”

“The interparcel service is relatively new to us. As we get older we have decided to stop plant fairs and shows because they are physically demanding. Mail order will be the only way we can sell to long range customers. Having a service with a simple pricing system, which collects relatively heavy parcels from the nursery saves us time.”

“Item received damaged but we accepted it as it was repairable - and the item was unique so it was worth it. Delivery driver to us explained that it was like it when he received it from the collection van. So when it was collected it was probably insufficiently wrapped and should have been rejected by you. But, as I say, we accepted it and I repaired it satisfactorily. . . . . . so OK in the end.”

“Had no problems and (UPS) delivery to the US was quick too. Cheaper than Royal Mail for my sized parcel. All online although youll need to printer the labels sent. One minor flaw: the links in the booking email don't do anything when clicked, some of which contain important information. However, you can generally find the same info with a web search.”

“The whole process worked very well. My only gripe being that for some of the services requiring a drop off location I was presented with a map with... no drop off locations on it: very frustrating. In the end I used a collection service and it worked seamlessly.”
