“After a dismal experience with another delivery agency with the word Parcel in the name, Interparcel were like a breath of fresh air. Easy to use website and top customer service that actually picked up the phone and were never "experiencing higher than usual amounts of calls" - which means that they have enough staff for the job. Good on you. The control panel did not always show the true status of a parcel, but I am not sure if that was a case of imperfect integration between their server and the actual courier company. Collect+ never showed the status for instance and even with UPS I often had to call to see if it had actually been delivered or not.”

“I've been using Interparcel for over 10 years and have always had good service and good prices. I found it helpful to review the different courier services independently beforehand and have chosen DPD as the best value and best service overall. UPS would be my 2nd choice. I would not use Hermes or DX.”

“I have used interparcel for quite a few parcels that I have needed to send to Ireland and one to the USA. The service has been excellent. I appreciated the text to let me know when it has been delivered ( for an extra 20p) so my mind was put at rest. I would recommend.”
