Unreliable! If your a seller and like your items to be delivered on time, NEVER USE THIS SERVICE Stick to your usual courier service even if it means you pay more. I tried using them once because they are really cheap but they are really RUBBISH n SLOW

Follow up to my previous review. I eventually found a contact number for Ipost's customer service and spoke to a lady who said she couldnt help me as my parcel was being handled by UK post which surprised me as I had sent the parcel using Ipost online booking site!!!..... I then phoned the 'UK mail' depot in Exeter, which is my nearest depot, and a gentleman there told me he couldnt help due to it being an international delivery and I should speak to customer service at Ipost!!!!!!! This company is an absolute shambles and (hopefully) will definitely meet the same fate as Citylink, the sooner the better as far as I'm concerned. Warning to others. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Customer service at ipost is for ipost and not the customer took my parcel and left it literally on the pavement and leaving a note telling my customer it's by the garage no parcel to be found iposts reply nothing to do with us we delivered it what happens after that is not our fault i would assume the driver knows this so what's stopping him from just keeping the parcel and sticking a note through the door probably more lucrative than just delivering the parcels especially when it's backed up by so called customer service that would appear to condone the theft and work directly against the customer this is the next citylink if they carry on like this do not use

My package arrived damaged. My package arrived without any paperwork from the seller. My laptop which I ordered it on, well, my mum spilt coffee on it so it no longer works. Without the sellers details I called your general enquiries number, It took me 24hours to get through. When I explained my situation I was told to call customer services number. Apparently "it's easier to get through to because it isn't advertised"??!! Anyway I spoke with Milton Keynes depot who said because I was not your customer they could not help. I asked for the supervisor who said they had not organised the delivery, it was through a 1/3 party Ipost Parcel. I asked her if she could email them and let them know the package was damaged and contact "your customer". She said she would try and took my landline number. I offered her my mobile and she refused to take it saying she shouldn't be doing this. My comment was that the driver who smashed up my car drunk on Christmas day shouldn't have done this and my mother shouldn't have spilt coffee on my laptop but because people do things they shouldn't do I needed her help. The line went dead Your customer service, well thanks for nothing UK Mail. I certainly am and will never be a customer of yours.

collected my item and they lost it. then they denied collecting it and changed the on-line tracker from "collected" to awaiting collection. They will not respond, they do not care. i am now £200 out of pocket, how can you lose a door?????? its not small. liars and thieves, there's no way of contacting them, none ever answers the phone, Im seeking legal advice, this has been going on since 18th December. Do not use this company, search online it has happened to many people.

Received a text to say when my parcel would be delivered which was very helpful. I waited in for over an hour after my scheduled delivery time but no parcel. I then had to go out and when I returned home later that afternoon no sign of any note or a card to say they had tried to deliver the parcel but nobody was in. In the evening our neighbour came round with the parcel. He had found it stuffed behind his dustbin having received a card through his letterbox saying that they had tried to deliver it but he was out. Not sure why they tried to deliver it to 125 when the box clearly said 127. Both houses have the actual number clearly visible. Bit of a mystery all round really !!!

I recently used Ipost (UK mail) to send a parcel to China, it was collected from me on 18/12/14, I registered with their website so that I could track my parcel but at some point the tracking status showed my parcel as 'Delayed' and I used their website messaging facility to enquire why my parcel was showing as 'delayed'.... I didnt receive a reply other than their automated acknowledgement email, and I then followed up with further numerous emails but never received a response from them. I will never use Ipost again!, their customer service is non-existent and I still cannot find out if my parcel was ever delivered or is still 'delayed' somewhere in China, their website still today shows my parcel's status as 'delayed' and I have never had a single response explaining what the delay is despite my emails to them.

I received an email at 6.29 am on 4th jan to say my parcel would be delivered between 13.26 and 14.26 that day. Either myself or my mother were in the house the whole day, from the time the email was sent to when we went to bed between 10pm and midnight. No parcel was delivered. I emailed the company to ask what had happened and received a reply saying the case was closed as the parcel had been delivered and signed for by a person named 'Jones'. I replied saying no person named Jones lives here and no parcel was received, but I received another reply stating 'no reply the recipients inbox is full' ! However, the parcel was delivered at some point on 7th jan, while I was at work and my mother was out, thus the parcel was found by my mother on her return, on the front doorstep, sporting a label which stated 'signature mandatory'! Obviously, no signature had been given as no one was in at the time of the delivery. As the parcel was heavy, she had to leave it where it was until I returned from work at 8.30 pm that night. All in all, not what I would call good service.

Item was delivered while I was out, and signed for someone else. No idea where they live or who they are (especially as only the last name was left, no first name/house number or anything), and nothing was left by the driver to even indicate they had been. Upon contacting customer service, my call was set as closed 20 mins later after receiving no help or any kind of contact. I then filed a complaint, and have heard nothing back. My opinion so far? Abysmal, not going to lie.

Very worst courier/company experience My Parcel (over 6kg) was delivered by throwing it over a 8ft fence landed onto a concrete path contents smashed to bits, the driver then rang the door and went to drive off, His reply was that he had done his job, delivered it, left in a safe place and any damage caused was the fault of the seller who had failed to label it fragile. (it was not fragile!....... weighing in at over 6kg and thrown 8ft in the air I don't think much would have survived that, I should have took this into account and labelled it fragile so it could withstand this deliberate act) His final words were TOUGH. It was also next day delivery that took 4 days to be delivered? I have had to pay again for the item to be returned! I have not been able to speak to anyone from ipost parcels as they do not answer calls to customers you have to send emails to them only and no one else will help UKmail staff say nothing to do with them don't work for ipost parcels but the logo is clear shown on the website, my complaint was raised on the 23rd December by email and was told I would get a response within 24-48hrs from the ipost parcels team, I am still waiting and now it is 6th January! BAD VERY BAD

The package was delivered on-time but the package was open. It was delivered the wrong way up although clearly marked on the box to only handle one way with handle sections within the box construction. Unless done deliberately then I presume the package was held by the bottom flap and consequently the flap came open although secured with large industrial staples - meaning the bike frame was open to view. Not a great way to receive such an expensive piece of kit ! I complained to the driver and made a note of this on his hand held device.

Really bad, say they'll deliver in 2 to 3 days they when they mean 2 to 3 weeks. No phone number given for contact and they don't reply to emails

My Parcel was Put on a next day delivery but took 8 working days to get to me. There was a whole host of errors including late collection and holding the delivery at your Depot because I supposedly called and requested a delivery delay (which I didn't). When I challenged customer services I was told they were Just a call centre and could not help me. I requested a supervisor call back and emailed an official complainant nether for which were ever dealt with. Day after day I was promised it was on "Next Day" but yet it never left the depot. The online track my parcel is also useless as each day it would say today as the expected delivery date and change around 16:30 when the delivery was not dispatched. I use couriers all the time to receive packages and never Have I received such a poor service backed up by an equally poor customer service department.

I booked this service as it offered Saturday delivery which was essential. Parcel collected Friday no problem but was then not delivered until the Monday which was too late. No reply from Customer Service - appalling.

Come home to find I've been carded. The only details on the piece of card was a delivery date and time. Nothing else. Tried to phone them and there's no number. Spend ages looking online and trying numbers only to either be told to redial an expensive 084 number or get number unavailable. Eventually get through to a human being only for them to refuse to deal with me, it all has to go through their website. Not happy as I have things to do like pick up my wife from work. Would be much quicker and easier to speak to someone. Have now phoned the sender of my parcel to tell them they've lost a customer. They're not happy either.

Appauling comany. The failed to deliver my parcel on time and then when I asked for it to be returned they expected me to pay £45 for delivering it back to me !! If I didn't pay they would dispose of parcel , which unfortunately they did as I was prepared to pay £45 in addition to the £27 I had paid to send it. The value of the parcel was only £25.
