The parcel was put into my dustbin when I was out. Although he delivery man put a note through my door, I'd have lost it if it had happened to be dustbin day.

I went to depot to collect the parcel which was ripped open with the wrapping in shreads, I was told I could not check the contents and had to accept or reject the parcel on sight from behind the counter and if I accepted it, I would not be able to leave it then. Bizarre customer service - amazing le the contents were I damaged though..

The parcel I was expecting left the original premises on Friday 14th Feb. I was told that it would be with me on Saturday 15th Feb as it was to be delivered within 24 hours. I did not leave the house as I was told that it could come at any time.I did not receive the package on that day. The parcel contained mannequin dolls to do a first aid practical and was needed for Monday 17th (am). They did not arrive for the observation and I had to cancel my meeting. They arrived on Monday 17th at 1.30pm. I am therefore not pleased with the delivery.

The parcel was marked Fragile and yet the box was bent and damaged. I pointed this out to delivery man who just said 'all parcels are fragile'. When I opened the parcel the goods inside were damaged exactly where the box and packaging was damaged. Goods are useless and I have had to ring supplier and request replacement. Not happy at all as causing a huge delay.

the parcel was well packed and marked fragile put on opening found to be broken Got picture but waste of time complaining Hope this comment isnt seen as saying bad things as it was as was nothing added or made up

Hi i received my parcel monday 10/2/14 in the morning and the top was missing of the tube which exposed the item and the top joint of the fishing rod had got a crack through it not to happy to say the least

used twice so far, first time driver took 3 attempts to find address, second time did not turn up until 2 days after booked day. All bookings done several days in advance. No customer service to phone on iparcels

Item was posted on 29th January, to be delivered within 72 hours (marked on parcel). Parcel arrived on 6th February, with a "Hold" sticker in green and the delivery date marked on a redelivery label. The reason on the green label was indecipherable. There was no explanation from ipost for the delay in delivery; why there was a redelivery label on the parcel, I'll never know. There was someone here who could have taken delivery of the parcel at any time. The fact that there was no explanation is sad.

No attempt was made to pick up the parcel on the day agreed. Emailed customer support twice to find out what was happening, but never received a reply. Parcel did eventually arrive 2 days later.

very poor service damage items then refuse to pay compensation even though not on list of items not covered very few items get delivered next day i have switched to hermes much cheaper and they have a phone number

Whilst the parcel arrived quickly it arrived damaged with part of it's contents crushed,the postage charged for the safe delivery of said parcel was quite extreme ,considering it's state upon arrival, So I was disappointed with the service you provided,I would much rather it arrived a day later and in a perfect condition,than rushed and damaged.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It wasn't. Monday afternoon, when the parcel still hadn't arrived, I received an email asking me to call your centre. I did and they explained there had been a problem and it would be delivered next day. It wasn't and I again phoned your department. They said the driver had been unable to find the address. I left direction and my phone number and the parcel arrived yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, at 4 o.clock. I don't believe this is acceptable.

on purchasing a collection only product via ebay I promptly placed an order for you to collect the item and deliver it to myself,i specifically chose and paid for the option for the driver to bring the labels so there was no need for the seller to do anything except package the item for me unfortunately the driver did not bring the labels and demanded to know why the box was not labelled,i found this extremely annoying and so did the seller as I promised the seller there would be no problems,i am new to this company but send 100s of parcels via royal mail a week and was looking for a reliable alternative,i have however placed my 1st 2 orders in the past few weeks and have had problems with both,needless to say I will stick to royal mail in the future

The online service was not working which meant a phone call to your CS dept, I wanted to track my delivery online. I have now had 3 deliveries with UK mail all of them have had problems

I was not impressed with the parcel delivery on this occasion. I booked for 2 parcels to be collected on 17/1/14 between 12 & 4 however they were not collected until Monday 20/01/14. There was no communication from driver or company to explain why the delay. I rang customer services on Monday afternoon to be told the driver could not find the address, why not ring me or collection address, what is point of entering phone numbers on the order. I confirmed the address with the customer service lady as per the order and she managed to get hold of depot. The parcels contained important information for a clients accounts / tax affairs. Not impressed with service or lack of communication on this occasion Sue Burgess

Bad service from courier. Did not deliver to correct address. Left parcel with someone else and left no note at my address to say where he had left it. Took me 4 days to find the parcel.

My parcel had been opened and then resealed with parcel tape. One item was missing from my package. The company I ordered from said ukmail advised that sometimes parcels come open. Given the type of packaging my company uses I find this very hard to believe. So how did that happen and where is my missing item?
