Where do I start. Initial order I found no where to leave special instructions for the driver - the start of my troubles. Having contacted help and support several times using your contact service I received nothing other than a animated reply. No confirmation that someone was actually helping me. Frustration. The was paid for to be collected before 12.00 however was not picked up till 4.00 and a day late. Eventually received my item a day late and at 5.30 in the evening. Sorry not impressed!!

My package arrived with one item broken (crystal glass) which cannot be replaced as it was a set of four . The package had been marked in a number of places fragile handle with care glass

Although the delivery speed was good, the service was ruined for me because the parcels(2) were left at another address(not close to mine) without me being informed, and without the permission of the people who live in that property as they were out at the time of the delivery. The parcels were left outside at the front of their property for a number of hours. What I am most worried about is the fact that if the people at that address hadn't left me a note to say that they had my parcels, I would have been completely unaware of their whereabouts. I checked the tracking information and was shocked to see that it reported that the parcels had been delivered and signed for by the consignee. This is not correct, and would have made it difficult for me if the people hadn't informed me that they had the parcels and I tried to make a claim for their loss. The parcels were correctly addressed but incorrectly and poorly delivered.

The parcel still has not been delivered to the address in Portugal. When I checked on line I was advised to PHONE...when I eventually got thru I was told that an email would be sent to the delivery company and I would be called with the result. The following day I had no reply so I again rang and again EVENTUALLY I got thru after calling 6 times!! This time I was told that a phone number was required for the delivery address. I pointed out that there was a phone number on the shipping label.....I was given a DHL tracking number. I later checked and found out that there has been no progress since 10th March! NOT HAPPY.... and I will not use your company again until this matter is resolved AND explained.

the parcel arrived slightly battered the contents broken so i need to return item can you advise a quote to collect please

The parcel was supposed to have been left in a secure place (so says the sender). It was left on my doorstep, which is on a busy main road in plain view of the road. It could have easily been stolen, or damaged had it rained. It could have been left securely behind a side gate had your delivery person taken a moment to look for alternative places to leave it.

knocked on door and i opened it within a few moments. As I opened door and he was already walking off and at end of my path. he pointed that it was on step without a word. not impressed

Very good delivery. Came Next day as stated. The massive downside is the incredibly poor customer service due to ignored emails, and no phone line whatsoever. Very frustrating indeed.

A present for my husband was just left on the doorstep, despite the fact he had been in all day. I am only thankful that the fragile item was in one piece and still there when a neighbour noticed it when came round. Was disappointed with this, but thankfully that the glass inside was intact.

i paid for afternoon pick up it was early morning when they picked parcel up the driver told the person there were no afternoon pick ups so why was i charged for this service.Also i paid for next day delivery it took 2 days to be delivered no phone call or email to let me know it was going to be a day late and no reason for lateness not happy.let hope it,s better next time.

My parcel was to be picked up between 8am and 1pm, at 1pm my friend contacted me and said no one had turned up yet. So, that afternoon was spent trying to get hold of ipostparcels, but with only an email contact available I got increasingly frustrated not getting any response. I emailed several times...nothing. I was then told that the driver turned up at 4.30pm, but was not the driver it was supposed to be, it was his mate! Who had turned up with no paperwork which I had paid extra for, and had no idea what the con number was or where it was going. After being told that they would not give him the parcel until he knew more about it, the driver made a phone call and assured my friend that it was going to my address. I was now VERY nervous, but it was delivered the next day by 10am which was great. The service was quick when it happened, but the pick up not happening when it should, paying for extras that didn't get done, not being able to call anyone, or even get a response at all makes for very poor customer service, and they have only given me a 10% discount off the next time I use them. I doubt I will get to use this. Shame, could be a great company.

I received my parcel back 26th February , the box was very squashed, luckily the dolls inside we're not damaged, had just spent a great deal of money to get my vintage dolls repairs.

Was left at the house next door and evidently signed for by them. No note left with me to say so. It was left to me to work this out for myself

Delivered as per schedule. However, large box was placed on doorstep and left without bell being rung or door being knocked (I actually saw individual walk to the front door and away again without anything being posted through the letterbox- and went to the door to see what was going on). I live on a busy road, if I had been out, every chance box would have been stolen. As I was in it is also very conceivable that the box might have been left there all night as it was around 6pm and if no-one had left the house after then it would have been. Very poor standards.

The parcel was left on the front door mat in full view of passers by, the mat was also soaking from the rain so the box was completely destroyed by the time I picked it up. Would not recommend at all.

Not very impressed with service on the whole. A parcel that was due to be delivered on Friday was held up in a depot somewhere and not delivered until Monday. This presented a problem with someone not being at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. I phoned direct to change the delivery address as a result of this but the amendment was not actioned. Overall in this instance, poor service

Normally service is okay but now poor due to latest job. Collection time I paid extra for between 11am & 3pm was completely ignored and it was purely by chance that the parcel was collected at all. Contacted Ipost who refunded my £2 time slot fee. Fine I was owed that anyway but when I asked for a promo code for my next parcel as an apology I was ignored again. Parcel2go provides a much better service. Did you really expect a gleaming review ?
